Best place to stay on Easter Island. Christophe and his wife are friendly and accommodating. Really appreciated the airport transfers, as well as the bread, jam, butter and juice. The cabin was super comfortable.

when you arrive at Rapa Nui you feel in another world, no stress, everyone is kind and smiling. Christophe has given us good vibes since the first day we met him. He is very relaxed and has a deep knowledge about the island. We made a tour with him and discovered a lot about Moai and the history of the island. He prepared for us eggs every morning and gave us fresh warm bread. The cabana is located in front of the Ocean and has all the services needed. A Very calm place, 5 min drive to the center of Hanga roa.

location. it’s a bit far to village center like 20 min walk so nothing much around the accommodation. But also because of location we enjoyed the quietness and beautiful scenery such as cliffs right in front of the accommodation.

Great communication before arriving. Smooth pickup and drop off to airport. It’s like a cozy bungalow but spacious. We liked the kitchen as we enjoyed quick cooking dinner after long day. daily fresh bake bread with butter, fruit jam, juice, coffee, tea provided. the host Christophe is very kind, humble and funny. he is also the tour guide and we’re happy we joined his tour. he is very knowledgeable about various sites and the way he explains is very vivid and joyful. Moai itself is amazing with good tour guide is A+++

Clean, comfortable and the best and most welcoming hosts. Christoph and Rosario were responsive to all communication, helpful to guide through documentation. And providing info on available guided tours. Christoph was a fantastic tour guide, informative, funny and set a good pace. Highly recommend! The fresh bread daily was delicious. The unit was well equipped and washing machine worked well. Showers hot and beds comfortable. Quiet spot, a bit out of town with beautiful surroundings. Walkable with a 20-30 minute walk to get to restaurants. Free and welcoming pick up from airport was much appreciated. Loved our cabin, our stay and the tours. Thanks Christoph and Rosario.

Everything about Cabanas Christophe is wonderful! Christophe and his family are sweet, professional, and accommodating. The morning delivery of fresh eggs and bread was always welcome and the supply of bananas and fresh juice was an added bonus. We highly recommend staying with them.

they provide simple breakfast with bread & jam ready in the kitchen, the premises located very closed to airport with free airport shuttle service provided by host, there is a distance approximately 1.5km from city center but this is no an issue for me. the location having best spot for the sunset and away from busy street

The cabin is very clean and comfortable, has everything you need and view of the Volcano, ocean and stargazing right from the veranda. Cabanas Cristophe was one of the best we had in Chile and Cristophe is an awesome guy!

The owner of the accommodation is an absolutely great guide, he will explain the history of the island and all the connections. The accommodation has a useful kitchenette where you can comfortably prepare food. The owner kindly took us shopping, so you don't have to go to relatively expensive restaurants.

Our wifi connection/phone signal wasn't the best, but this was not a big issue since most of our time was spent exploring the island. We encountered a few cockroaches in the bungalow - one we brought outside, and the other ran away and hid deeper inside the room. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay, and we wish we could stay longer!

Christophe and Rosario are wonderful hosts! They are very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgable about Rapa Nui (Easter Island). They helped us get to the place from the airport, they answered our questions in a timely manner, and they gave useful advice. They also hand-delivered fresh bread for breakfast to us every morning! The bungalow exceeded my expectations. It was very nice, and we really liked the shower (like the detachable shower head). There was a washing machine and a foldable drying rack. We were given two towels per person.

Wonderful host, picked up at the airport and looked after for the full week in the family bungalow. Great relaxing location with a nice view of the sea from the front porch and about 30 minutes walk into the town. Christophe took our family of four on 2 excellent full day tours and the sunrise at Ahi Tongariki, learnt lots of useful and interesting information about Rapa Nui and the best places to take photos. Would highly recommend.

Clean, spacious, quiet, beautiful. 2 minutes from beautiful sunset and stargazing locations. Christophe is a dream host, one of the kindest persons I’ve ever met. He showed us the city, gave tips, brought us into the city by car when the weather was bad and he’s really funny. There is an “initial breakfast kit” with butter, jam, juice and water in the fridge the first day, and you get fresh bread every morning.

Slightly far from the village ie. restaurants and shops. There is complementary fresh bread delivery (every day in the morning) and some additions on the first day, nor real breakfast like noted in booking (not major issue but it is good to know).

Beautiful location (nicer than in the village). Very clean and convenient apartment, with nice veranda. Quality of the house better than most of the others. Very interesting and informative tours of the village with Christophe, the landlord and the guide at the same time. These are not big group tours: we were just 2 of us, max could be 4.
