The advise: it would be comfortable to have the kettle and cups in the room - to make the tea or coffe (it's cold in Patagonia...)

Cozy hotel, very kind reception staff, close to the city center. The breakfast was prepared in the packets (because we left early at 7.00 a.m. to Magdalena island, as most of the tourists). Possible to keep luggages at the reception after check-out.

The bathroom could do with a walk in shower instead of over a small bath. It was slippy and a little dangerous getting in and out.

The hotel is comfortable and with kind staff. It was centralish to everything so great as a base. We went to do the o trail in Torres del Paine's and they were very kind in keeping our luggage for eight days without charge. Not big rooms, but comfortable enough for a few days break.

I wish more of the staff spoke English, it's challenging when hotelstaff don't speak English. They tried to be helpful though. No duvets, but sheets with a blanket inbetween.

The hotel room was clean. It's an older hotel so the rooms are a bit small. And it could use an upgrade to newer bedspreads and curtains.

Rooms were a bit small. Same for the bathroom. But it's still a nice and clean hotel.

The location is great. The hotel is old but that's what makes it a good experience. Our room was a bit small with only one nightstand. Since we started our three month travels I've learned that a night stand comes in very handy.

Most of all, I would say that the staff here are amazing. They were so helpful to me. I was able to leave my luggage while in Patagonia. Location is awesome as it is so quiet and you can walk everywhere.

Convinient location, good price for the quality. The room was nice and warm, large comfortable bed. Good wifi and breakfast, could recommend for anyone visiting punta arenas. There is free parking in front of the building.

This hotel is really overprized. We get s small room with a dirty and old bathroom. It was totally not worth this amount of money.

I got the room I booked, because I refused the room they tried to put me in. Luckily I had the room details from booking.com. I really didn't like having to ask for the room I paid for.

Bedsheets seem old - not very clean with pen marks and long black hair found between them. Decor really needs updating. Hallway noise is very loud in the rooms.

Location was close to the CBD, restaurants and short walk to the bus station.

Location is so good,you can go everywhere by walk.it is a peaceful neighbourhood.hotel crew is so helpful and cheerful people we love all them from kitchen to reservation desk.the most liked thing is the soap smell and eleborating and nutritious breakfast.😍

This hotel needs to be refreshed! First, there is no lift, so we had to climb stars with all the heavy luggage. Second, the room was small and gloomy and so was the bathroom. The breakfast was the most disappointing thing about this hotel - tasteless coffee, cold scramble eggs, poor choice of food. To sum up, it was definitely not worth the money we paid.

Location in the city centre. Reception staff was very nice and responsive.

Stairs only to entrance. No elevator to upper floors. Staff did help carry our luggage up to the room. We are an older couple and one of us has a broken arm in a sling.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Linens were clean. TV and internet service was available.
