The building is a bit rundown, needs some maintenance. I had to tighten the screws on the balcony door knob. Pool wasn't cleaned(leaf litter/debris), but since it's not heated & it was winter, it makes sense to not waste time on it. Shower takes a while to get hot. But does get hot enough.

The staff were very helpful & friendly. They did a thorough job when I asked to make-up the room mid- stay. The included breakfast was excellent. The bread fresh baked & good variety daily. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. I liked the old/antique furnishing. Even though the building is old & needs some maintenance, everything was clean & functional. Love the architecture of the building. Lovely view of the mountains. It was pretty quiet except for some random dogs barking, which can't be avoided in Santiago

The checkout process was a bit confusing. I think it was miscommunication with a lady from the staff, who we had not had contact with before.

The rooms are large, the beds comfortable. The staff was really nice and helpful. The massage and sauna were great and the food exquisite. We were able to check out a bit later and then stay by the pool longer, so it was a wonderful experience.

It is a little out of the way but we got an uber a few times and it was very cheap so not really a problem - it was about a 15 minute walk down to some local restaurants too

This was a lovely hotel - we choose to stay here a few days after a long journey to Chile before heading on to explore a bit and it was a really nice place to relax for a few days. In the sun it's brilliant - beautiful views, cocktails by the pool, breakfast on the terrace etc and even a relax in the hot tub! When it was cooler we could still eat inside which we did for an evening meal as well as breakfast and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or lovely.

I have never seen a hotel with the check-in available only from 4pm - charging extra fee for every hour of early checking. It is not a symbolical fee either - 8eur for every hour. They asked for the fee, even though our room was ready. We refused this service out of principle. There was no separate room to put our luggage, so we had to leave it at the reception. It might seem like a detail, but totally spoiled the overall impression.

Beautiful common sitting area with huge windows and fireplace. The rooms were OK, but somehow not cozy enough - in november they were quite cold and damp (no heating, just AC). Nice view, quality cosmetics provided in the bathroom.

We traveled in June, so the place was cold. There is an AC in the room (a bit loud at times), but the bathroom is cold. I imagine it's much nicer to stay here in the summer. The towels are old enough, it'd be nice to have a newer ones.

The staff is very attentive. They bring meals to your room which is nice especially in the winter. There are a couple of activities you can do there (pool, hot tub, massage, restaurant...).

The problem was that they did not want to serve the breakfast before 08:00 There was no time for breakfast mentioned on the website. After insisting a lot, beyond civility, they agreed. Staff was strange behaving and did you feel unwelcome

The music playing constantly from 9am until 23.00 which was heard in the room. A very cold welcome, not allowing us to even sit/wait by the pool or eat something until we could check in. Poor evening meal. Dated bathroom. Room not cleaned. Hugely disappointing stay.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet idyllic setting. Staff were helpful and courteous. We appeared to be the only people staying so it was certainly quiet and we were well attended to. Car was necessary. Local restaurants were plentiful and we found one which was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Room and bed comfy and clean.
