The location is not the best, people always say to be careful there , especially after dark.

The staff was amazing, the room was very nice, clean, spacious, the bathroom is very nice and well equipped. The hotel is very beautiful and the breakfast was very good and we had some free coffee, milk and cocoa, tea and citrus water.

Complimentary beverages like coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available throughout the day, adding to the overall value. Staff - For me, they were the crown jewel of this property. Solo room is relatively small but manageable.

The location is convenient to the plaza and quiet at night. There is a supermarket nearby if you need to buy something. The staff (Christobal) is extremely kind and helpful no matter what I need he would provide immediate assistance. His assistance is the highlight of my trip to Sandiago.

The location is really great, particularly if you need to change from the airport to the bus station. The enterior of the hotel is amazing. Rooms are really cozy and the people are super friendly and professional

There was a small mixup with the airport shuttle for one of the trips (but that got sorted out thankfully). Also one of the windows got left open which let in a lot of outdoor noise, so be forewarned!

Very comfortable stay-,the staff were friendly and helpful-it felt like home while we were in Santiago 😊. Lovely breakfast and complimentary tea/ coffee/ fruit available throughout the day. Perfect location with lots of eateries around and a 10 minute pleasant walk to the metro . We’d stay again like a shot- in fact we are, before our next flight out of Santiago!

This is a beautiful building with lovely decor and furnishings. We booked a "balcony" room which exceeded our expectations, and it was just a few dollars more than the standard room. An extra bonus was the coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and snacks (fruit) that was available at all hours. The complimentary breakfast included meats, fruit, cereals, and scrambled eggs made to order. The staff were amazing and some even spoke English fluently.
