However, you can always request at the front desk that we heat your food in the microwave in the hotel kitchen, and we'll be happy to do so. Regarding the balcony, we understand your observation: some of our balconies are small and are part of the historical architecture of the building, so they are not always suitable for a large use or with outdoor furniture.
