Casa Silva is a beautifully restored historic Chilean hacienda turned boutique hotel, offering a tranquil and family-friendly atmosphere. The seven-room hotel is decorated with stylish country-style decor, including original floors, wine barrels, and unique artwork. Guests appreciate the peaceful setting, surrounded by vineyards, tall trees, and equestrian facilities. The staff is consistently praised for their friendliness and exceptional service. Special reference to Mr Edwin. Breakfast is very good and the complimentary wine tour adds to the experience. The hotel seamlessly blends historic charm with modern comfort, providing a relaxing and authentic stay.

While Casa Silva offers a charming and historic atmosphere, some aspects could be improved. We noted that the towels were rough and would benefit from fabric softener. The hotel restaurant has a limited menu, and with the Polo Club House restaurant only open for lunch, evening dining options are restricted. Bath/shower need updating due to low water flow. Also some floorboards are squeaky and require repairs. Heating could be improved for better comfort, and the beds were noisy and in need of better support. You will need a car to drive to any good restaurant.

Well-maintained and decorated historic chilean home, (now 7 room boutique hotel) with great staff and a delightful short walk to the vineyards and restaurant.

The building is beautifully maintained and historic. The patio is very relaxing. It's a quiet place. The wine tasting was stunning. The swimming pool is small but nice. The bed was comfortable. The staff were all very professional, helpful, and kind. The food in the restaurant is outstanding.

It is a bit remote with not much to do around unless you have a car.

Service and staff was great- friendly and accommodating. Very positive. Condition of room was poor and in need of a refresh. Carpeting was stained and bathroom was unacceptable.

A beautiful old hacienda, connected to the family-run vineyards and managed with an exceptional degree of friendliness. The staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort, providing extra touches to enhance our stay over New Year's Eve. It is a beautiful oasis, set apart from the town and provides a glimpse into how life was once lived. Teresita the cat is a bonus of feline self-assurance, in the best possible way!

A beautiful boutique hotel in a tranquil setting. We had a fascinating wine tour included in our stay at no extra cost. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff could not have been more charming and helpful.

Beautiful historic property. Excellent staff especially Edwin.

The location is a little bit away from the main part of the Colchagua Valley so you will need a car to drive to any good restaurant. Unfortunately the hotel has actually no views at all over the vineyards which was a bit disappointing.

everything is impeccable and clean, unique toiletry provided, robes, a small wine bottle to welcome the guests, and the stylish decor, the old original floors, wine barrels, and race and polo horses photos on the wall complement the country style atmosphere and then you can have dinner in the stunning patio, from the entrance to the rooms, is decorated with unique artwork. This was a hacienda years ago so it has a trendy barn-style hotel and still keeps that home comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was always courteous. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were gorgeous. The hotel is surrounded by tall trees, wide roads, horses, and vineyard facilities. 5 minutes walk to one of the most beautiful vineyards in the area! It has it all! We will come back and stay longer!

The towels were stiff and a little rough. They need to add softener. Just that they do not show a better photo of their facility when you are searching for a hotel. They should promote this hidden gem in a much better way.

The building and ambience are absolutely gorgeous! The charming courtyard is incredible. The rooms and common rooms are decorated with great taste and class. The wine is some of the best in Chile. We had a romantic dinner with the charqui empanadas and the carmenere wine at sunset in the courtyard. Francisco and later Edwin the managers were very nice, and gave us a great tour of the vineyards and their classic car collection.

We were very saddened but the conditions of bathrooms and general lack of cleanliness. The bathroom had no toilet paper. The toilet bowl was black under the water line, clearly had not be cleaned in a while. The shower had mouldy grout and dirt. The bathroom in general was incredibly dirty, especially in the corners. We also found black hairs in the sink and on the bed. The pillows smelled of hair and sweat. The twin beds had old mattresses that squeaked every time you moved. In the end, we could barely sleep and certainly couldn’t shower!! Given the price, we would expect a higher level of cleanliness and care. The property has lots of charm since it’s been around since 1887, but this does not mean it cannot be cleaned properly. We informed management of these issues but had no nice gesture from them like a glass of wine!
