We were just passing through and had only booked one night. If we’d had enough time, we would have stayed longer in La Serena just for this hotel !

Amazing boutique place, just off the centre of La Serena. A modest front door opens up into a beautiful pathway of rooms and courtyards. Tranquil peace and quiet throughout. Our room was well decorated and the bed was really comfortable. Next morning, the breakfast buffet was so healthy and ten times better than most hotels we have stayed at in Chile. The whole thing was just perfect.

An incredible find! It was so charming! The garden was beautiful! Comfortable and clean! The shower was hot and the water pressure was great! The staff were very helpful and friendly! The parking was a little tricky. Great location !

The need to get a staff person to unlock the street-level doors each time was inconvenient.

The facilities were absolutely lovely. We were on the ‘colonial’ side of the street, and both the room and the courtyard/garden spaces were beautifully decorated and comfortable, with all the necessary hotel amenities. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, served in a pleasant room.

Ran out of hot water and cold water in the morning. Only had about a 2-minute shower and it ran out of hot water followed by 2-minute shower and then both hot and cold red out of water. Don't know if this was a common occurrence or just a one-time deal. Other than that everything was great. I'd say about 5,000.00 pretty much yeah

It’s not a negative it’s more of a heads up that on Google it says the hotel has its own parking but, it does not. We parked our car in the restaurant across the street which was not expensive for the nights we stayed.

The hotel is very unique with its interior decor and its location is amazing as it’s in the centre of La Serena. Our room was perfect space for a couple and a very nice bathroom. They also had a gorgeous outdoor space which felt completely isolated from the city which was serene. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided gave a large range and was very tasty.

That you had to pay for any coffee that wasn't filter coffee.

A lovely large room with a beautiful view, although I'm aware that this depends on what side of the hotel you stay on. 50% are facing the mountains, 50% facing the casino and other structures. The breakfast was also amazing, really good and massive amounts of options, possibly the best I've ever seen!

The hot water was little bit hard to manage. There were birds squawking in the night.

Real oasis in the city. The yard is well maintained, providing great places to chill in fresh air. The bed is comfortable with a view of the green yard. Staff at front desk are super friendly, they gave me useful information and a map about the attractions in the area. Even saw a kitty. Wish I could stay longer.

This place was absolutely gorgeous. They had really cool sitting areas and everywhere you looked was gorgeous. I didn’t leave the place for one day it was so peaceful and relaxing to just hang out. Breakfast was awesome. Thomas at reception was so helpful and he helped me change my flight as it was in Spanish and I couldn’t understand. I would come back to La Serena just to stay here it was soo cool

This is a true oasis in La Serena. It is a beautiful little hotel in every way, in every detail, with wonderful people who work there and a good breakfast. The room is very comfortable, bright, quiet, and private. I loved the sound of the birds in the morning.

The hotel was so lovely. It was all tucked away behind a plain wall in the middle of the old town of town. There were a number of open sitting areas, an outside firepit, a lovely garden and we got to stay in a small detached tiny house with bathroom and bedroom and even a small wood burning furnace. So cozy and quiet. Breakfast was excellent - fresh bread, eggs, yogurt, with fruit, seeds, nuts and juice coffee and tea - really healthy and delicious.

Great location in town (with a convenient parking garage just opposite for a small extra fee NB: parking in town can be difficult and the hotel doesn’t have parking so the parking garage is a real bonus). The hotel has great staff, very well designed outdoor courtyard garden space and the breakfast selection is very good including eggs, oats, dried fruit, seeds, nuts, cheese & ham, fresh bread and jams etc. We think it’s much better to stay here than in the seafront resort area.
