Central and easy to get in and out.Secure, coosy old building, lovely simple breakfast, staff polite, clean and safe quiet surroundings. Good English spoken by staff. Nice small restaurants close to hotel. Very close to metro. We took luggage in metro and it was confortable and cheap. Would visit again and recommend.

We stayed here twice on our way in and out of Chile. A very convenient location for visiting Santiago. Everything that you need nearby. It was clean and well looked after. As you'd expect from a transit hotel, people are coming and going at all times in the day and night so can be noisy at times The breakfast was standard and adequate

An extra toilet roll in the bathroom wouldn't have gone amiss. At breakfast, the bread was a bit disappointing: sliced loaf rather than nice fresh Chilean bread.

The building itself is beautiful and the location is perfect - a quiet street with a few bars and restaurants, and only a short walk from public transport. The room was very comfortable and the bed was huge and comfy. Breakfast included a decent selection of food and drink. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was in a worse condition than shown on the pictures. This made us feel less cozy than initially thought

Good Location in Providencia, felt pretty safe even going from the metro in the evening to the Hotel. Staff is also very helpful and helps you with any questions. Breakfast was good.

Not much. Maybe a better bathroom but that's not going to happen.

Very nice reception and breakfast. Location excellent very near Manuel Montti subway station which I used to get to the nearest station to the airport. Breakfast good. Perhaps could have been a bit more expansive. Lovely front garden to relax in. The bathroom was on the small side however.

It was expected. Nothing really to single out.

The location was great, close to metro and several places to eat and get coffee. The young woman at the check-in desk was terrific, she was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate the city. Very secure, staff had to buzz you in and out of the property. Community lounge and areas were clean and cheerful

Walls were a bit thin. Could hear our neighbours having showers early in morning.

Bathrooms need an overall update. Undesirable in terms of some mold / mildew under sink. Breakfast was poor. No milk for cereal & overall undesirable selection. Could still keep it simple but needs improvement.

The staff will go above and beyond to make you feel at home and taken care of. The location is great, with lots of restaurants around, a mini market, and a metro station at walking distance. Would definitely recommend it to everyone, the staff's friendliness makes a world of a difference.

There was a safe but the the door was hanging off. Wifi was not the best.

We really liked this place. The rooms were nicely done. Breakfast was pretty good. It felt very quiet despite being centrally located, its a nice area.
