It's located inside a somewhat older house so sometimes you can hear others talking or hear a TV, but overall not very noticeable.

Very nice small hotel with the best staff. Lovely room with great, comfortable bed and a big closet for storage. Amazing breakfast every morning by the host in the cutest living room We were allowed to use the kitchen, which was also great. Perfect location, just 15 min walking to the subway, super safe, supermarket and convenience store super close by.

Lovely lady working there, the owners also gave us a little lunch to go when we went to a Mountain tour. Nothing you can expect but they do care about the details which makes a big difference.

Just one shower. So we were all arriving at the same time and it was like 1.30am.. And there was a wait for shower and to use the toilet. It would be nice to have another shower. The bedrooms upstairs when are having more than 1 person can make the bathroom quite busy. Also the downside was seen a couple getting into the bathroom together when we were waiting for it. Maybe the bedroom for couples should have their own bathroom, as it can be packed if all rooms have 2 people.

The rooms were confortable, clean and bright. I loved the big windows whuch we could open for a nice breeze.

Very clean and homely, the bed was huge and super comfortable. The bathroom was so clean and had some soap shampoo too. It is in a nice location and Ubers are all around. There are places to eat nearby and a supermarket too. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious with everything you’d want, eggs fruit coffee pancakes. It was good value for money in the city, we had a lovely stay :)

Comfortable stay in Providencia. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the amenities in the hotel, such as the kitchen, were free for all guests to use. Shared bathrooms which were clean and included a great shower. Staff were great, and a very good breakfast was provided each day and even provided a takeaway bag if you were leaving early. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies in close proximity.

The arrival - our flight was delayed, we let them know, and were asked to transfer the payment via transferwise otherwise they wouldn't give us the code to enter. It felt a bit dodgy, we were given a time limit, and told if we didn't pay they'd cancel the stay. We understand it's a small business but it was all a bit stressful, especially as I've been scammed in a similar way before - but it turned out fine. Also room was cold, but big duvet made up for it.

Honestly, the place gave me everything that I was looking for.

Property is great! Located in Providencia, far away from the noise and the hassle of the city, but close enough to main means of transportation like the metro and bus stations, it also has several great restaurants nearby and a supermarket around the corner. Very quiet and peaceful and they give a big breakfast so you won’t be feeling hungry!

Some parts look a bit dated, you can really see what's been renovated and what not and the "not" ones really downgrade the look and feel which is a shame as otherwise it would be stunning.

Staying a couple of days more!

Enchanting neighbourhood and charming historical house. Very warm atmosphere thanks to the young lady (sorry I forgot her name!), taking good care of the rooms and preparing a lovely and yummy breakfast; but also of the young lady-owner, capable to let you feel at home and ready to give you all the pieces of information you need before arrival and during your stay. Perfect location: bus and metro stops in the nearby, such as supermarket and restaurants. I just can't wait to go back!
