    Lovely and comfortable "casona"

Beautiful old "casona". The bed is very comfortable and the patio is lovely. Breakfast is served individually. A great place to stop along the Ruta 5 drive.

**Service Needs Improvement** They only tried to communicate with us via WhatsApp, which didn’t make sense to us, especially since a phone number was listed on Booking. Our only contact with the receptionist was through phone calls—no one was physically present. When we arrived, only the guard was there—there was no reception staff. The parking lot was shared with another company (possibly a trucking company), meaning it was not exclusive to the hotel or its guests. The place felt more like a motel than a hotel. The towels didn’t look new or particularly clean. The air conditioning remote had no batteries. The shower was clogged, causing water to accumulate. Another confusing aspect was that the rooms were supposedly connected to a restaurant, but they were managed separately and had no shared administration. We also booked this hotel because it had a restaurant, but unfortunately, they were not actually connected. It felt like there were three different businesses operating in the same place, which made everything feel quite disorganized. In the end, this "hotel" felt like just a room with a bed, with no one around to introduce the place or its amenities. The atmosphere wasn’t welcoming, and we felt quite lonely during our stay.

    the garden, the breakfast

We are bicycle touring and needed to rest. Was a hassle to get inside but was okay afterwards.

Once booked there was no one to meet us or open a door. From outside it looks like an old dusty prison or ghost town. After several messages and attempts by phone a security guard let us in. If you leave the site you have to go out a back door thru a b7siness yard and to return you bang on thr gate until thr guard opens the back gate again. They didnt remember to make enough fruit cups at breakfast so everyone else got one but us.

The bed was comfy and there was air conditioning. It was quiet.
