There really wasn't enough room slippers :) There was a kettle in the room but no cups for tea. These are all very minor inconveniences that they fixed immediately.

Very nice staff. All speak English, friendly and welcoming. I recommend this hotel. The hotel has everything, underground parking. The rooms are not noisy from the disco or crowds of people.

They should have a restaurant for lunch and dinner, not breakfast only

The breakfast was good. The fruit was fresh and enough for all the guests up to the time I went to have breakfast. The scrambled eggs were served in a small bowl and by the time I wanted to have some they had run out. The chef himself brought some more and distributed it among the guests who were waiting for it. I also requested some lactose-free milk and it was brought to me. They even had honey, something I never had in other hotels which was a plus for this place. Overall I had a good experience with the breakfast service here.

Upon my arrival, the staff at night time seemed to be tired or not having a good day. Breakfast was nice but they did not have lactose-free milk.

My room was large and the bed was comfortable. There was an electric kettle with some free coffee and tea bags for a cold evening. Water from the shower was hot enough for a nice dip even at nighttime. When I left, the breakfast to-go was the nicest I had during my whole stay in Antofagasta in my opinion.

Booked at v short notice. Sadly only spent about 6 hrs there. Didn’t get to make use of the brekkie or the pool. Great bed and shower.

It is by far the nicest hotel I have stayed in since I have arrived in Chile. Room fine and big, bathroom huge and plenty of hot water in the rainfall shower. Near plenty of restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful and they gave me a lovely packed breakfast on the day I was going to the Paranal observatory and also on the day I was leaving, as I had an early flight. Fantastic hotel!

It is good to visit the swimming pool around the noon, later or earlier it is in a shade of the hotel.

It was such a nice stay here. A very luxurious hotel with an amazing continental breakfast. A beautiful room with a huge bed and a stunning and big bathroom. Super nice staff. A nice view at the sunset over the ocean from the window. Loved it here. A very fast wi-fi which was important for us due to working. The hotel might be actually the reason why we stayed in Antofagasta so long. :-D Also the last day, we could have stayed at the hotel pool or reception until the time we needed (not in the room tho which is understandable).

the swimming pool is very cold and needs a clean. the jacuzzi did not work all that well but staff were helpful.

the bed was super comfortable and the room was great. the bathroom is fantastic and you can have your room cleaned daily if you wish. the breakfast is really good. the staff are so helpful and friendly. they really make your stay better. the hotel facilities are very good.

No complimentary water in rooms and nowhere to purchase any. Unpleasant experience when I requested an invoice for my stay. You can hear almost everything that happens in the room above. At first glance, the room seemed clean, but when I looked closely, there was hair in my bed, on the floor and in the bathroom. Breakfast was not good. Because of these issues, I decided to check out a day early and I was charged the additional day anyways. Overall, a very poor experience. I will never return and will never recommend this hotel to anyone. There are better options for the same price in Antofagasta.
