The shower didn't drain. I couldn't have a shower due to slow, plugged plumbing. There was no place to hang up clothes.

The Junior Suite was roomy but there was no where to hang clothes. I was unable to have a proper shower, the hose leaked, the drain backed up and the light was faulty

I wish they had real bread and not the toast they served but this was merely a personal preference.

I loved the front patio area where we could sit and enjoy some quiet time. It was really close to the M Montt subway station

there was no hot water in the shower in the morning. also for some reason they make you sign lots of waiver documents at your check in and there’s lots of additional rules they somehow feel forced to remind you all the time even though they all seem fairly obvious.

I did not know that I was going to have a basement room. I did not know that using Booking.com was going to give me the lowest rated room. I did not like this. I also did not know that paying for the room directly was going to give me a better price and a better room. That information was given to me by the staff and this makes me not want to use Booking.com ever again.

Our room was a bit noisy during the evenings because of the restaurants on the side that our window was located at. Also it was in a basement, so the room didn't have a lot of light and ventilation.

Very nice neighborhood with many restaurants and nice houses. Staff was very helpfull during booking and watching our luggage after check out, when we still had some time to enjoy the city

Staff could barely understand English but I guess that goes for the majority of Chile except for some larger, chained hotels or touristy places. I arrived at 3AM and just outside of the B&B there were young people partying with loud noises. This happened two nights in a row during my stay. I understand it is not the B&B's fault though. I had to wake up at 1:30 AM on my second day to catch an early morning flight. However, there was no hot water for the shower after running the tap for 5 minutes.

The hotel is fine, but it's surrounded by restaurants and bars, so you'll hear loud noise until close to 2 am. It's difficult to sleep even with earplugs.

My room was located in a place where wi-fi signal and hot water were being delivered in form of waves: from poor to strong and from hot to cold and vice versa. Nobody but staff has a key from outdoor fence. Everytime you want to go in/out the house you have to wait personell open it for you.

Beautiful building looks like colonial country side villa, clean and cozy. Great staff. Decent breakfast
