Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Quiet family run guesthouse. Really large comfortable bed to get over the jet lag. In a great and safe area of Santiago, easy to get the metro into the centre of town from just around the corner, and plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to walk to, and home from safely at night. Friendly staff , 24 hour reception, basic breakfast included.

ArgentinaThe breakfast was served by turns so you had to choice for a specific hour. Its like a big house but like open so when it was a little cold wasn't the best.
Everything was really clean and the staff was really helpful and kind. The rooms were confortable. And the location was great, it felt really secure and had bars and restaurants nearby. Besides it was really close to the subway.

United StatesI did not know that I was going to have a basement room. I did not know that using Booking.com was going to give me the lowest rated room. I did not like this. I also did not know that paying for the room directly was going to give me a better price and a better room. That information was given to me by the staff and this makes me not want to use Booking.com ever again.

Very nice neighborhood with many restaurants and nice houses. Staff was very helpfull during booking and watching our luggage after check out, when we still had some time to enjoy the city

CanadaStaff could barely understand English but I guess that goes for the majority of Chile except for some larger, chained hotels or touristy places. I arrived at 3AM and just outside of the B&B there were young people partying with loud noises. This happened two nights in a row during my stay. I understand it is not the B&B's fault though. I had to wake up at 1:30 AM on my second day to catch an early morning flight. However, there was no hot water for the shower after running the tap for 5 minutes.
