I believe the shower could be better. Others travellers may be used to cold temperatures, but not us. So the shower water could be warmer.

Quiet family run guesthouse. Really large comfortable bed to get over the jet lag. In a great and safe area of Santiago, easy to get the metro into the centre of town from just around the corner, and plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to walk to, and home from safely at night. Friendly staff , 24 hour reception, basic breakfast included.

My room located to front/street, several popular bars opposite so quite noisy till 3:00 am, also bell to hotel very audible , breakfast limited choice but ok

The shower didn't drain. I couldn't have a shower due to slow, plugged plumbing. There was no place to hang up clothes.

The Junior Suite was roomy but there was no where to hang clothes. I was unable to have a proper shower, the hose leaked, the drain backed up and the light was faulty

The breakfast was served by turns so you had to choice for a specific hour. Its like a big house but like open so when it was a little cold wasn't the best.

Everything was really clean and the staff was really helpful and kind. The rooms were confortable. And the location was great, it felt really secure and had bars and restaurants nearby. Besides it was really close to the subway.

I wish they had real bread and not the toast they served but this was merely a personal preference.

there was no hot water in the shower in the morning. also for some reason they make you sign lots of waiver documents at your check in and there’s lots of additional rules they somehow feel forced to remind you all the time even though they all seem fairly obvious.

I did not know that I was going to have a basement room. I did not know that using Booking.com was going to give me the lowest rated room. I did not like this. I also did not know that paying for the room directly was going to give me a better price and a better room. That information was given to me by the staff and this makes me not want to use Booking.com ever again.

Our room was a bit noisy during the evenings because of the restaurants on the side that our window was located at. Also it was in a basement, so the room didn't have a lot of light and ventilation.

Staff could barely understand English but I guess that goes for the majority of Chile except for some larger, chained hotels or touristy places. I arrived at 3AM and just outside of the B&B there were young people partying with loud noises. This happened two nights in a row during my stay. I understand it is not the B&B's fault though. I had to wake up at 1:30 AM on my second day to catch an early morning flight. However, there was no hot water for the shower after running the tap for 5 minutes.
