Nice rooms, clean and big. Clean bathrooms, enough towels. The restaurant is expensive and doesn't open until 3 PM but can provide a nice dinner. Convenient location if you need to catch a flight at the nearby airport.

GermanyIt was very disturbing that hot water needed about 10 minutes to arrive in the room (as was also indicated by the reception). Calama is an oasis city in a harsh desert environment and all of North Chile has a dramatic water problem. It is irresponsible to waste so much water, and this is why I downgraded my review. I got a free dinner to compensate for my complaints, nice, but that does not solve the problem. Minor issues: No board for clothes, no fridge.
