Amazing place!! Everything on our stay was perfect, we had an awesome time. Excellent room (we stayed in the hotel side), the food was delicious and every worker there was super nice.

We had a couple of early starts, one day they gave us early breakfast, the other they brought breakfast to us the night before but without wrapping it in anything so it got very dry over night. Also, it is a walk down a dirt path to the beach, so would not be accessible for some.

Spacious room, great shower, cute pool area. Not too far from the beach. They also had a water cooler which was nice.

However, what I didn’t like was the loud music from a party or nightclub nearby, which lasted until 4 a.m. I had to close the windows and the door to the bathroom and move to the other side of the room just to get some sleep. This was quite inconvenient and disrupted an otherwise enjoyable stay.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of fresh towels, and the toiletries provided were nice. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast, while not fancy, was perfectly fine. The room also had a small kitchenette with a microwave, a small fridge, and an electric kettle, which was very convenient. The hotel has a modern, eco-friendly vibe and is conveniently located near the ocean beach, which is a big plus. The service was courteous and quick, making the experience even better.

We were in a dome for 3 groups and the shower shared only one water heater; the water got too hot while two or more people coincided taking a shower at the same time. We solve it, for a moment, with the help of Luisa, but it kept happening in the following days.

Very kind host, good and clear rules for passengers to enjoy and let others enjoy a good time staying at their place. Receptionist Luisa was kind and helpful, every time we asked her something. Breakfast was plenty of delicious food and the way they organize it is perfect. Everyone there were ready to help at every moment and made our staying very comfortable. I am happy for my choice, since it was the first time we visited La Serena. Domos Dream is located in an exceptional peaceful place. I loved hearing birds singing all day long.

The location was inconvenient (further from the beach than description states and down a dirt road with no pavement or streetlights and lots of stray dogs). The room was tired, scruffy, and the bathroom smelt damp - there was black stuff in the corner of the shower that could have been mould.

I can’t get passed the dead fly in my coffee on the first morning. I can still feeling it hitting my lips, lucky I didn’t swallow it. Once I pointed it out to the staff the reaction was a shrug of the shoulders and move on with life. I did point out the coffee was from the pot available for everyone, no action was taken, she just went back to the kitchen. The walls and floors are thin, you hear all conversations, people going up and down the stairs and every step they take in their room above you. They allow guests to bring dogs, apart from barking at you in the yard there is a problem in that their owners leave them in rooms and they scratch, whine and yelp at night when you are trying to sleep, you actually don’t, the dogs behave like this because the owners have decided to go out and leave the dogs stressing out in unfamiliar environments. In the second of these experiences, the owners came back at sunrise. The place is pleasant enough during the day, but takes a whole new perspective after dark. And the first thing you face at breakfast may be a fly in your coffee….

The location was set to be quiet from local traffic, it was close enough to the beach and eateries to be a pleasant stroll without be too far.

Bathroom functionality could be better.

Closed and gated area near the beach with nice breakfast and very friendly staff. Easy to get in and out after gate is closed. We stayed at the hotel area of the Domos which are fine.
