Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyOur room was very bright at night because the curtains didn't cover everything and let light in as well. Window handle was broken, so we couldn't close it properly. That's why it was cold at night and also loud from outside.
It was nice to have plates, cutlery and cups to prepare the provided breakfast items according to our plans. Clean, safe, comfy, spacious bathroom

GermanyThere is no heating in the room, which is too cold for April. The extremely heavy-weight (woolen?) bed cover was not warm enough. I had to sleep with a fleece jacket and woolen socks to be able to get a little warmer. The room temperature was so low that the butter, which belonged to the breakfast (which already stood there for the next day when I checked in) was absolutely hard in the morning. Neither the hot water kettle nor the toaster worked, there was something wrong with the electricity. I was able to boil water once in the evening, then it did not boil again for a second tea.
It is close to one of the bus terminals. The shower was nice and hot.
