I had a wonderful three-day stay at this apartment. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The apartment was spotless and very well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Everything was just perfect, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

It's smaller than it looks in the photos.

It's a safe community and there's a guard 24/7. A shopping mall is very close to the apartment. It's well equipped and clean. The owner allowed us a late checkout.

Initially the air was very toxic as a pipe was leaking sewer fumes: very unpleasant. They came to fix it on the 3rd day. The tar started leaking and spotted the floor in the shower area and a personal bathroom item. The cleaning person cleaned after 24hrs. My personal bath item was replaced. Some of the lights fixtures were not working (bedroom & bathroom); they were fixed after 2 attempts. The stove was challenging to use as it was all digital. I was guided via phone on how to use it but housekeeping came in & learned too as was not aware on the use. It would be nice to have instructions written so you do not need to bother the host. I asked the host to consider an adjustment on the price I paid, due to some of the significant problems, but there was no response. The staff in the main lobby, not friendly at all. As a matter of fact instead of greeting me upon arrival, I was reprimanded as I used the wrong walk way to get into the building, while I was carrying my heavy luggage.

The location was great! the Host was very approachable and I needed to contact him a lot as there were some significant problems. The host took care of items, but because of the weekend it was delayed a couple of days. It was understandable! The unit was very nice and recently remodeled (per hostess info). All amenities were great, especially having access to a fridge & microwave.

The apartment in the pictures was super nice and big.. the one we received was super tiny, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. But it felt really cramped up in there.. not suitable for a couple

The room needs to be cleaned better after each guest. There were spots of food on the water kettle and toaster and while there was a microwave present in the room none of the dishes provided were microwave safe so I am not sure what we were supposed to use in it. The Shower needs to be descaled badly, there was a huge build up of minerals all over the showerhead and controls. The listing makes it seem like there is a washer in the room which there was not which was disappointing and they should make clear which rooms have a washer and which do not.

The location is good and safe, access was easy and the videos were quite helpful. The hosts do their best to make everything as easy as possible. The bed was comfortable.
