Great location right in front of the lake. We managed to get a wonderful garden view, the garden is so beautiful, it looks like it was out of a fairy tale. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, any queries we had, they were always a great help. Rooms were very nice and clean with big and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were very clean and well supplied with toiletries. Breakfast included was delicious, supplied with a variety of fresh and locally sourced items such as traditional southern kutchen, fresh eggs and fruit. The location was great, within walking distance to local artisan shops and the beautiful lake. We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the awesome staff at Hotel Frutillar!

Not much really: at times some noise from the street in front of the hotel, can get hot inside but ceiling fan helped, 1 bathroom for 5 adults just worked ok for us.

Good location close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets. Rooms very clean and comfy beds, Staff was very friendly and installed coat hangers during our stay, nice breakfast despite no buffet - also accommodating dietary requirements, small jacuzzi nice option

the noises from both sides of the apartment, the walls are too thin, you hear people going up and down the stairs and people talking. Also the windows are thin so if your room is on the street side, you are going to hear the cars and people that's walking by.

I liked the bed, the bathroom, the living room-kitchen area, the big breakfast, it's very close to restaurants and the lake, so it's awesome!

This is an amazing hotel, the hotel is BEAUTIFUL, the rooms are big and comfortable and the staff is amazing, the location is perfect. If you get to Fritillar, that’s the place to stay.

We LOVED this place--it was clean, comfortable, gorgeous and peaceful large courtyard with lots of seating and grassy area, even a hot tub perched high above the small town with views. Very romantic! The breakfast they served was the best we had during 2 weeks in Patagonia, and we enjoyed wine by the fire in the common space in the evening. We were jetlagged from traveling, and the large comfortable bed with fairy tale feeling windows that opened up to the courtyard was perfect for napping. Easy walking distance to many cute restaurants in town and the waterfront. The front desk was very helpful and even spoke some English which was a surprise compared to other places we stayed. I wish we could have stayed longer. You will love it!

Be careful with a slippery shower basin.

Modern facilities in a charming hotel. The breakfast was excellent and served in a sun filled dining room. one block from the Lake.
