The swimming poll was gross and they didn’t clean it. Also the walk from the hotel to caracoles st, was super dusty and not a nice walk when there was heat and dist.

Everything was really great. The rooms could do with a lick of paint. The area is incredibly quiet but the odd time someone would walk or drive by on the street you would hear them (but that was quite rare).

The hotel was in a fantastic location, five minutes walk from the main street. What made this a great stay was how incredibly friendly and helpful the staff (and dogs!) were. Such nice and accommodating people.

When booked from booking.com, it said they will charge usd129 for 2 night . After booking i was charged usd154 , booking.com did not tale responsibility. Air conditioning in the room was purposely switched off. No drinking water , need to get your own bottle to refill in the restaurant. Bathroom water stagnant Nobody in the hotel understands english

Refrigerator was a bit noisy. One day there was no hot water. Wifi was weak in the room but good outside.

Just outside town so very quiet. Room was ok and bed comfortable. Nice pool just outside but it was cooold! Breakfast was basic but good. They gave us a good packed breakfast when we went on early tours. Staff very friendly and helpful even if they did not speak English.

Taxi booked for our departure at 6 55 am did not turn up. It would be good if staff were available at that time to help.

Comfortable room. Good breakfast, which included a packed breakfast if our trip started before normal breakfast time. Friendly staff. Good place to relax away from the centre, but close enough to walk in.

When I arrived to check in my reserved room was not available for use. They put me in another room below the one I hired. the shower was cold, not hot. I had to shower in another bathroom. I spent one day in this room, and only the next day was it possible to upgrade the room. During my stay I found a large spider in the bathroom sink. I had to ask the employee to help kill the huge spider that was there. Breakfast is very simple. It's not enough. There was no water and electricity for a few hours during our stay.

Pool was always dirty. Lightning in the room was poor. Breakfast was served super early, regardless if anyone was there. It resulted in warm yoghurts and butter. I personally asked for a change of towels that didn’t come. In a 4 night stay, they NEVER changed the towels, even though I asked for it.

The water on that property doesn’t work. I have to shower 3/4 times and the trickling water or which was not hot stressed me out. The staff kept saying it’s the pressure but that is a lie… I stayed in room 5 which had hardly any water come through. I spent so much time at the reception trying to get my room water sorted but that didn’t happen.

- internet don’t work. No wifi reach. When I tell the owner this he says it’s the fault of the internet company and not him. And don’t give me another room or solution - if you wanna pay with debit card in the local currency they charge you 20% more - no pressure on the shower

The toilet door was transparent. No hot water was available so we decided not to take a bath at zero degree temperature ofcourse. The toilet door lock was not working. The main door lock was faulty.

Location was good. Not very close to the centre which is Caracoles Street but very close. Sara at the reception was very helpful in despite the language barrier. She even offered breakfast earlier if we have a trip to visit geysers early in the morning. Cleanliness was good.

It’s quite rundown and needs some money spending, the swimming pool was out of use/dirty and no recirculating/filtering working. The water seemed to run out at night and the electrics would go on and of for short periods of time. We had a lot of flies in our room.

Very limited amenities in room (e.g. no glasses to drink water or to use in the bathroom. Shower/bathroom layout very impractical, shower not secure against the wall, toilet seat loose, towels more like rags - totally inappropriate for a hotel. Breakfast choices very limited. Flies were a real problem in the room. Fridge in the room not working. Overall, not good value for money. More like a 2-star hotel.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Far away enough to avoid the crowds but near enough to the centre. Large, spacious rooms and a comfortable large bed!

This place was false advertising. The pool was a green mess and closed. The room was dark and small. No way was this 35 sq. Meters as advertised. It was unacceptable so we turned around and walked out to find another hotel.
