Very nice hotel in the centre of the city. Comes with a restaurant, a gym and lovely comfortable rooms. The staff are excellent and very helpful whenever we need anything. We rebooked with them as we were impressed, but had to cancel last minute due to travel disruptions. I didn’t even ask them for a refund as it was past the refund period, but they did so automatically which was very professional and kind of them. Highly recommended

1 - The lines were dirty with bed bugs. I had an allergic reaction that prevented me from sleeping. 2 - The neighborhood, unfortunately, is not very nice.

1 - Hotel seems to be newly renovated. The room was quite spacious and it was really good value (we are still shocked at how cheap it is). 2 - The parking lot is extremely well organized and clean. 3 - It was right next door to a Chinese restaurant that was very good and we were able to enjoy a decent meal. 4 - 24 hours reception on the ground floor of the building.

Stayed for three nights, as we couldn’t pay per debit card in Dollars we had to withdraw money and exchange it in order to save the 19% taxes which is annoying but ok, but they didn’t allow us to bring our luggage to the room first and pay afterwards so we had to walk to the Afex with all our luggage; not much of a good service in my opinion

There is not a clear sign to identify the hotel in Calle Libertad 22. The entry from Calle Romero 2850 is much more easy to locate, it there isn’t a huge sign indicating the hotel is there. The hotel itself starts at the 3rd floor of the building, and is easily accessed by elevator. The neighborhood is ok, but don’t compare it to upper class neighborhoods, it can be dangerous if you’re not aware. One downside is that our room seemed to be right under the hotel gym, and some people were working heavy on their deadlifts well through the night.

The room is pretty decent, with a spacious and clean bathroom, and comfortable beds. The towels and linens are very clean and comfortable as well. Overall a great room to sleep in. The breakfast is good as well, with good options. It is very well located in the sense that is half a block away from a metro station, which made our trip very convenient. We were minutes away from key monuments and spots in the old center, and the metro allowed us to easily go to farther spots.

The location is very unsafe. And is quite far from the tourist places.

The hotel was very nice but the location is very unsafe, there are a lot of stealers in the area. Santiago was nice place to stay and the uber worked really well. And the best thing is the breakfast, really nice!!

The constant thumping that could be heard throughout the hotel from the fitness center below - we can only assume it was from weights being dropped to the floor. From 8am to 11pm at night. Plus it wasn't in the best location - nothing really walking distance to the main city areas - only markets etc that we felt like we would not like to go at night for instance.

The neighborhood is nondescript. You end up taking a taxi or walking to more interesting parts of the city.

The room was a perfect option for our group of three (three twin beds). The breakfast was great, and the room was a good value. It's a popular spot with Chinese tour groups. The outdoor patio was a really nice touch.

The rooms were large, bed was very comfortable and spacious. They had karaoke in the restaurant which was fun. The food and wine were good. The staff was helpful and friendly.
