The room was clean and comfortable. The family managing the hostal were amazingly helpful and insightful. They helped us with the penguin tour and we got lots of local advice for things to do around town.

Aska was incredible value. Very close to the bus station and a short walk to town. Rooms were quite large and the beds comfortable. 2 bathrooms available - 1 with 2 showers. The kitchen had everything you need but only fits 1-2 people at a time. The woman managing the accommodation were very kind.

Lock on the door was broken so we weren’t able to lock our room properly when leaving the hostel, other than that no complaints, we really enjoyed it here

Extremely lovely host, felt so welcomed and felt more like a homestay than a hostel . Incredibly good value for money, comfortable and cosy beds, good cooking facilities and bathrooms.

Everything was very clean and comfortable and it had everything I needed (including for cooking). I really liked the living space too which felt very spacious and was great for chilling out in. Alicia was a fantastic host and even washed my clothes for me when the laundrettes were closed. She is a very warm and kind person and if I ever stay in Punta Arenas again, I will definitely stay here. It's simple house with five rooms and you really feel like at home. The host is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are simple but comfortable (there's no window but a roof skylight). Even in January it was heated and there's really hot water. Kitchen was well equipped so we didn't have problems with cooking.

Highly recommend this place the lady is one of the nicest people we have met on our trip. It is extremely clean, cosy and has everything you could need. Kitchen is very well equipped.

Really comfortable, quiet, simple, cozy place. Hosts are great, very friendly and helpful, always keeping it clean, genuinely nice people. I felt very at home. On the edge of downtown and in easy walking distance to bus station and many stores and restaurants. Walls between rooms are thin but this wasn't any problem, everyone was quiet. Thanks for a great stay.

The only thing to mention is if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs as all rooms open into the communal area and the walls are thin.

More like a home stay than a hostel. The host is so kind and sweet, even with our language difference we got by an felt welcomed and safe. Very comfortable and clean, good facilities and close walk to most things in town. Would recommend.
