Good location, very convenient for travelers. Rooms are independent cabins so it gives more privacy. There is a kitchen for common use with appliances and products to use and share. It also has a patio with some outdoor furniture to share. The receptionist , la señora Luz , is the loveliest person on earth.

Mentioned on booking.com that it did laundry but when we asked they said they didn’t.

Big room, warm shower, nice site with seating area and kitchen. Nice and private, not too noisy. The cat was our favourite, the staff were very friendly. Not too far from town 5-10 minute walk.

Wifi not great but we just bought a SIM card in town. Also terrible conversion rate from the given rate of USD ($188 for 5 nights) to CLP (222,000)- luckily we had USD in cash so could pay the cheaper!

Had a Really really nice stay here, perfect base for exploring the Atacama. Good private secure parking. So nice to be able to use all the kitchen facilities! Comfy clean room with great showers :)

Our twin room was a strange configuration, we couldn’t close the door without pulling out one of the beds from the wall. Could also be improved with lamps next to the beds, not just the overhead light.

Great location, peaceful courtyard, well equipped and light-filled kitchen. Staff were helpful with changing plans and extending stay, and arranging laundry.

There was only one toilet for all guests.

The hostel was nice and clean with space to sit outside. The staff was very friendly. There is a kitchen where you can cook if you want. It is outside of the town centre and it is peaceful. We had a good night sleep. You can walk from the hostel to the centre. It is only 5 minutes walk.

The internet was unstable, dropping at times. Oh, and the mosquitos... The reception/manager lady needs some training in communication skills, however, her Dad was nice.

The location was great, just near the central "tourist" street. On tours, I was one of the last to be picked up and the first to be dropped off. The room was really basic but had a decent shower and bed, which was fine for me. Tip for non-Chileans: If you pay in Dollars in cash, you don't have to pay an additional VAT tax of 19%.

No air-conditioning (but got a fan from the reception). Only cash payment and had to pay 20%+ more than indicated on Booking, in addition to very high ATM fees in Atacama.

There was a water shortage in the town, which meant that water went off at night and was still cold in the morning. We had a portable fan but no air conditioning. The room was quite cramped.

The room was cleaned every day. There was a well-equipped kitchen and pleasant communal areas outside. The staff organised our airport transfer. It was a great location, two minutes walk from the centre but quiet at night. We had laundry done and ready in one day.

Excellent stay at Las Kañas, our room had very good wifi and was very spacious. Shared bathroom facilities were cleaned everyday and felt really fresh, kitchen was good but only cooked here a couple times. Lots of cute cats too! Not far from the center and out the way enough to have some quiet at night. And we got our laundry done, came back folded and ironed!! Hostel staff were lovely, thank you for a lovely stay!

Mostly it is OK. Maybe some strange room (and refrigerator) smell from time to time, but not so embarrassing.

Maybe because I am continental guy, whole ambient suited me well. The bright sun, clear view, low construction (buildings). The room that reminded me of my grandma's one :) . We were also able to dock the car inside the facility.

the hotel had 3 different Wi-Fi’s you could connect to but it was rare if even one of them worked we often came back to our room to find the lights switched on, we are not sure why. On one occasion it was twice in one day.

the place is very comfortable. the beds are good and the room was big. the shower we was good most of the time and the staff are so helpful. they even dropped us to the bus station. there is on site laundry which was good and a shared kitchen.
