A beautiful, calm and cool oasis in the middle of hot and dusty San Pedro. We had our own little patio and a spacious room. Service and kitchen were helpful and well equipped.

Very clean and cozy. We stayed in a family room which has lots of space. The shared kitchen had everything we needed. 10mins walking to the city center.

There is no heating. I was always cold unless under the thick blankets. The room was also pretty dark.

My bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Hot water in the shower was working. It’s a bit outside of the center but within 10 min walking you’re in the main street and it felt safe. The staff was super friendly.

Great hostel, super close to the bus station and a about a 10 min walk into town. Our room was spacious and our bathroom was very big. Room service everyday which was great. One of the nicest hostels we’ve stayed in. Staff were super friendly and accommodating too.

Room was a bit stuffy. WiFi reached our room but not the common terrace.

Terrace and common kitchen were very comfortable. Room was decent; nothing special but very functional and private bathroom was comfortable; warm water + water pressure. Laundry was done very quickly- drop off early afternoon and got it back by around 6pm.

the shower did not provide warm water, only irregularly and for very short time periods - that was quite uncomfortable since it gets pretty cold in the desert at night.

The atmosphere and look and feel of the hostel is really authentic. Not to much in the touristic centre of San Pedro, a nice 10 min walk will take you there. The kitchen is well equipped and the staff really kind.

Sometimes the shower would not turn on, or there would be no hot water. You cannot take too long to bathe here. You may not find the staff at any time, sometimes there won't be anyone one to help you. But that is what make it cheap to stay in this place, I believe. There could be a blackout in the room to make it darker at night.

The staff was very helpful, right from the beginning of my stay. I did not know the best way to pay (in order to minimize fees and taxes), but they patiently waited, told us we could the on the second or third day of the stay. The rooms were well cleaned every day, and the bed was very comfortable. Good wifi connection.

I had a private room with private bathroom. Except for the first of six nights, the hostel did not provide a continuous stream of reasonably hot water for any length of time in the shower. For me, this is the second most important requirement after a comfortable bed. On the other hand, the staff were nice and quickly attentive to my request that a light bulb be replaced in the bathroom.

Our room was by the road on ground floor and wasn’t good if one is a light sleeper. This place is a hostel and it might be ok for it. we had booked room with private bath and I expected it to be better than what it was. It was very ordinary considering the money we paid

it’s not far from Carricoles / central market. although one needs to be prepared to walk in hot sun in the afternoon if stepping out
