Breakfast is ok, the fresh eggs are good, but the other hams seem like they are left out for a long time (breakfast starts at 4am). Probably makes more sense to start breakfast later but give the option for early breakfast when requested.

Wonderful spacious room, always kept clean. Outdoor facilities were fantastic, love the rooftop for stargazing.

Absolutely nothing! The entire staff is dedicated to making this an experience to remember with their kindness and sincere care.

The excellence of the entire experience, a vacation of a lifetime dream! The helpfulness of the entire staff was most appreciated. The hours for the delicious breakfast and coffee was from 4:30 am to 10:00. Having coffee on the upper terrace to watch the sunrise was magnificent. Highly recommend the star gazing tour arranged by the hotel as it was much better than the one we arranged by ourselves. The tour company they selected for the Valle de La Luna was outstanding! The hotel manager Mr. Javier daily asked about our needs and took care to make sure we were fully satisfied. Miss Mayrita made sure we were given a very quiet room and were given the most perfect and peaceful location-THANK YOU! The staff took great care making sure the entire property was spotless. The other guests staying at this quiet oasis were friendly and respectful. The hotel also offers an evening cafe to purchase delicious and freshly made sandwiches. Extremely convenient when returning home from a long day or before a star gazing tour. We were extremely happy with every aspect of this hotel experience!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Freshly scrambled eggs cooked to order every morning! Fruit, bread, cereal, coffee, pastries, etc. Very convenient location. Clean, comfortable room. We didn't use the pool but it was beautiful and kept clean as well. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Pleasant room and good facilities. Staff (particularly Mayrita) excellent. Expected aircon but not available - OK in March but would be needed in high summer. Breakfast (from 0400) and snack bar good - very good fresh fruit salad (with eggs usually offered from 0700) at breakfast, which is after departure of most early tours - mentioned to owner and he offered to arrange earlier availability. Some problems with hot water but resolved

Aircon didn’t work in our room

Pool was nice, good to have a small poolside bar, room was decent, the place was quiet (but is about 10 mins walk from the main strip - very safe walk - but not close to all the goings-on)

It was a perfect place to stay , we had a lovely room, they had food you could order up until late which is perfect if you've been travelling or out for the day and did a very early breakfast. The staff were really lovely

Very kind staff , everything you’d want in a hotel other than private parking and AC. The breakfast starting at 4 am is filling w eggs cooked to order. Nice. Cozy pool area , bar and food options also. Rooms are simple and up to date w fan and heater. Good all around value.

Breakfast was basic at best. Although it was available starting very early in the morning, which was convenient. The room itself was OK, but it and the bathroom definitely needed updating.

Great location. Quiet accommodation. Shared areas were lovely and comfortable. They have a little poolside bar that when it’s open is very nice to just grab a quick drink.

Rooms facing the common areas (pool, breakfast room) were very loud (walls are very thin, you can hear everything from the neighbor rooms / outside). The beds weren’t super comfortable.

We liked the location of the hotel, the staff was very attentive and friendly. The breakfast hours from 4-10am!! Very good if you have an early tour.

Had some issues with our toilet flushing and had to walk a little bit to get to the main part of town.
