The showers are small, without much place to put your cosmetics. It's a bit dirty in the bathroom. The internet connection is poor.

It's a good location and the stuff was super nice and helpful. In the rooms there are big lockers where you can put all your luggage. There is lots of space, big dinning room, kitchen and the rooms are quite spacious. It felt safe.

Cleanliness was average for this price. Knives, spatulas, pans etc. need upgrades so its easier to cook (i.e. save money buy not eating out).

The staff were AMAZING! Always willing to help and translate and suggest cool places to go. This place has comfortable and clean bedrooms. Kitchen storage, stove tops and fridges are awesome! Good location ( only 4 blocks from Los Heros!) and lots of options for food of all types and prices. With the 'sister' hostel you meet lots of people from everywhere. GO TO the events= good times.

The floor in the room was not really cleaned, there were tufts of hair and lint. In the bathroom there was still used shampoo and shower gel from other guests. In the morning you are woken up by music from the cleaning lady in the corridor. We wanted to cook in the kitchen but found that it was occupied by the staff at mealtimes (because they cook there too). It would be nice if more space was left here for guests. I was also bitten by a dog in the courtyard (not badly, but still) and nobody really felt responsible.

Private room: the shower had plumbing issues, but I was given another room. At the time of booking, it showed a complimentary breakfast, but that was incorrect. Not sure who is responsible for this listing, but corrections need to be made.

Slightly too basic. A few hooks on the walls to keep toilet bags, jackets and what have yous off the floor. A window that didn't need tying shut, would be nice.

The room is cold & there is no heater. The water in shower takes forever to get warm. The room was dirty! The location is far away from everything. Min half an hour walk from historic center! At the check-in, they wanted to hold my passport as collateral for the room key! Imagine your passport for a 1/2 dollar keys!

Heating system was not working and the room was really cold, and they said heating system can not reach the thirty flor :), also shower are really bad, broken and dirty.

Maybe a little loud at night because of the street but no real issues :)

Great location near restaurants and bars. We had to book super last minute as our bus arrived late and we missed a flight. They still had a nice private room available for us and we could walk to a restaurant for a late dinner. Very spacious building!

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this place surely deserves it. Except for 2 extremely nice receptionist girls, the rest of the staff doesn't give a penny about customers. The most common answer is that there is nothing we can do about it. There are no plugs in the dorms. If toilet paper rolls run out, it takes ages until they're replaced. Plus, sometimes food is stolen from the fridge, and nobody cares. Honestly, I had one of my worst experiences staying in this hostel. I would not recommend staying here unless you want to have a horrible time in Santiago.

One staff lady was very argumentative, imposing rules a bit too much and following up very aggressively like 4 to 5 times within a few hours for a 1$ payment coz I didn't have the change when I bought the drink and they have to close the account for every staff person before they leave !...Well that was still ok....But when one day I hadn't paid for the bed extension and it was beyond checkout time, I went to the bathroom and came back to see my dorm door locked with all my stuff inside and she gave me the key after I paid...That was not very cool and I absolutely did not like that !...And if not for this incident I would have really ignored the rest but that was a bit too much.... Definitely room for improvement with this lady....Only other negative that the wifi doesn't reach inside the dorms and the washrooms are not the cleanest at all times...But not so bad either!....All in all still loved this hostel and a very good value for money hostel ☺️

Loved this hostel , all the staff so helpful and so nice ! ..Huge lockers, comfy beds , decent wifi , Good kitchen and very spacious...What's even better that they have a partner hostel few minutes away with a pool and bar where u can go and chill....Love some of the staff..Matthew ( Matteo) , you rock, u are the sweetest and the best...Also another bit older guy with the beard very helpful...most of the staff very humble and respectful ! Location is great, quick walk to Los heroes metro and Airport blue bus....Met some nice ppl and very spacious hostel with large kitchen and hangout area !

The workers living in the hostel occupied the kitchen most of the time. They drank a lot of alcohol on the weekend. My roommate and I had to block the door with our bed at night because we didn't feel safe. There was noise in the corridor and people were running around

2 a m. Wake me up the noise,3 people drinking,at the backyard,Windows dorms.I went down to reception.receptionist man was in the party off 3.I spoke with him,He apology very polite,that they are going to move inside.They finish after 3,30 a m.even one of them was yelling in their "conversación". This is the incident!
