Barbara in recepcion was excellent and very helpful. It would be a good idea if the woman in charge of the breakfast had some help. She has to prepare all the food, bring it out into the main eating area and clean the tables. It is too much work for one person. She was constantly struggling to keep enough food made for everyone.

We loved the view of the Volcano from our bedroom window. The room was large and very comfortable, and also the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with options not usually available at similar hotels. The staff was very nice, and the car parking was also very nice. The cost was just amazing for such a quality hotel. I would definitely go back.

The facility could use a refresh.

The staff is wonderful. Bárbara made us feel at home giving information about great restaurants and tours. Our car had a flat tire on Christmas eve and the staff helped find a repair place and even took us there to make sure we got it fixed. Then Bárbara contacted our car rental in Temuco and helped us switch cars. The breakfast is simple but quite good.

Fine standard hotel. Very good location close to downtown and across the park. Private free parking behind a gate. Hot tubs available for an extra free. Wifi was okay Shower temperature was fine Pretty good breakfast. Scrambled eggs, some breads, deli meats and sliced cheese, yogurts with and without sugar, cereals, some okay fruit, sliced tomatoes, coffee machine

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is first star. It is only a couple of minutes away from a lot of nice restaurants. On top of it, it provides secured free parking. Really is value for money. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay there.

Heating is only through an air conditioning unit, so the bathroom ends up being very cold in the morning.

Hotel staff is really nice, location is great, it has a private parking lot and breakfast is nice too. We got a room with a clear view of the volcano, which was awesome. The bed was comfortable, the room size is great and it was very well cleaned.

The breakfast is very good, however this is the area I have marked below excellent. Reason the room where breakfast is held is open to draft from a stairwell and a little cold. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

This is a lovely small hotel in a privileged location in Pucon, just across from the central,square, the Plaza de Armas. A very confortable and clean room, an excellent breakfast, a great location, a reasonable price, and very friendly and helpful staff. What else could you ask for?

Upon entry it doesn’t look nice, but chance because our room was wonderful. They also wanted our room key while we were gone (due to pick pickets in the town), but when we returned it was hard to find staff to give us our key back.

The location was perfect. It was very central and easy to access. The breakfast was not as expected given that the country produces such a wonderful products and they could have easily offered some cold milk and nuts for oats in the morning. As suggestions, provide cold water, nuts, a variety of fruits.

Fitness centre was very small and basic. We were at hotel during slow season, so property probably not as well kept as busy season.

Great location. Walked from bus terminal, and easy to centre. Room comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was ok- eggs, bread, cereal, fruit. Staff helpful.

Pool not in use, nor were the hot tubs. Parking was awkward and we needed to get the reception to open gates each time we went in or out in the car. Breakfast was just tolerable. No choices for gluten intolerance.
