The first morning we were offered a very limited range of choice for breakfast however the other two mornings there was a good selection of breakfast items to choose from.

Loved the central location to tourist attractions, lovely comfortable bed and cleanliness of the hotel. All staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Amazing facility, very large room and all furniture so new. Totally exceeded the expectations. Staff very kind, all of them (breakfast, housekeeper, receptionists). We delayed the checkout (our fault) and they took it as nice as they could. Fair breakfast. 1st option for another Santiago’s visit

We had a very large and comfortable bedroom and bed. All very quiet. The breakfast was really a pleasure, a lot of options. The personnel was very helpful, they booked tours and taxi for us.

The area around the hotel was a little sketchy after dark. The hotel is on the edge of the busiest part of town which and the hotel staff made it clear that we needed to be aware of our surroundings whenever we were out about.

Large, comfortable, and quiet room. Good breakfast. All interactions with the staff were very positive. Proximity to historical sites, restaurants, bars. The room was cleaned each day.

There was no luggage storage, I had to push the reception keep it for me as I was going on a tour No good restaurants in close proximity, you need a minimum 15 mins walk

A little bit of a questionable neighborhood after Dark

There were only 2 staff who spoke English (out of 6 staff on duty). Reception did not have any maps of Santiago nor suggestions on restaurants. There is no lobby seating for travellers to wait for the room to be ready or before having to leave for the airport at departure.

The room was very comfortable. Very good beds, efficient and quiet air conditioning, excellent wifi in all areas of the hotel. The included breakfast was quite good.

Lots of graffiti in the area, homeless people nearby but that's everywhere in city center santiago. Be careful of airport ride scams and thieves. Pickpockets
