We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PeruLots of bird poop around windows and exterior common areas….but it is Seaport….lots of seagulls.
The location was great….on top of a train terminus to Vina Del Mar ….the 3rd floor elevator gets you into. Shopping area without going outside….a little dicey on the street for personal safety…..the hotel installs a full width set of steel bars cross the front entry t night.

Breakfast was very basic but sufficient. The room could have used a desk and chair. There was no workspace to put a laptop or do anything. A house phone would have been nice in case of emergencies.

AustraliaNo maps available at reception. Breakfast was adequate but could be very crowded. A cafeteria style dining room. No hot water, tea nor coffee available in the room. The shower was a deluge pouring straight from the ceiling. A bar that had no beer was a surprise after the various beers had been explained by the staff. There was a loud nightclub nearby that played for many hours on Friday and Saturday nights.
A great location with amazing views from the 2 windows. Central to the start of many tours. The breakfast was adequate. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Good strong Wi-Fi .

United KingdomIt’s on a very busy and noisy road, which was off putting to start with. It’s also quite tired looking.
Clean, comfortable, great location to explore from. Next to the working dock which was great to be able to watch. Slept very well - the bed was very comfy and, although it’s noisy outside, with the windows closed it was great soundproofing. The staff on the desk were excellent, we asked a lot of questions (!) and they were always helpful and courteous and went the extra mile to help 😊

SwitzerlandBreakfast was pretty basic and there is a nightclub very nearby and even on a Sunday it was pumping very loudly until 4 am, I loved the music that's why I couldn't sleep for a while but just be warned.
