We booked the double room with the big window and we liked the corner created to admire the outside :) the room is quite big! We had a great stay, the landlady is so nice and helped us and supported with a lot of information and booking the taxi to the airport. Highly recommended!

The hospitality of the host was exceptional. I needed to take a bus at 6pm to Ushuaia, so I told her no breakfast for me as it was too early (I took two pieces of banana to have them in my room in the morning). Surprisingly, when I came down to the lobby to leave about 5:15am, she was there, handing me a breakfast bag and asking me if I wanted coffee. Thank you!

On a bright and busy street. We had the family room whose bay window faced the street. Curtains did nothing to keep out light. Had to sleep with eye mask and earplugs.

Very nice owner. Very accommodating. 1-1/2 blocks from Bus Sur station, 3 blocks from large grocery store (unimarc)

The rooms are bit dated. The pillows could do with replacing and the blind let in a lot of light in the morning. Its very homely though.

Marie is a really nice host. She got up early to serve us an early breakfast before we left early for a penguin trip. She also organised a taxi for us. Its a great location, the restaurant over the road is good. Its very close to the bus terminal (you can see it!) and the centre of town.

The hostel was very helpful and responsive to our schedule that included an early breakfast so we could go see Magellanic Penguins.

Great value for the price. Quiet. Not far (walking distance) from the center of the town. Breakfast was better than in nearby restaurants. One warning though: do not park your car on the street in front of the hostal as the space is reserved. Park on the driveway.

The owner was very nice and very helpful to help us find stuff to do when our tour was canceled for bad weather. She answered all our questions and helped with everything we needed during our stay.

Beautiful homestay hostel with such lovely staff. We felt straight at home after 24 hours travel. Our room was big, bed was very comfortable, shower was hot with fantastic pressure. TV in the room is a nice addition. Breakfast was simple but perfect for us and delicious - tea/coffee/juice, breads, spreads, cereals, cake, cheese/meats. Highly recommend staying here.

Spacious and clean rooms, and also very central - you can walk everywhere! It feels nice and homey there, sweet B&B style. The breakfast was great, too. But the best part were the friendly owners, they helped us a lot and were always there for anything you might need. Definitely recommend!

The facilities themselves were clean though pretty dated and a bit run down.

The staff were excellent. Late check-in was not an issue, and arrangements were made for a ahuttle from the airport that was very reasonable cost wise. It is very centrally located and near Bus Sur, which was convenient for traveling on to Torres del paine. It was a great spot to spend one night.

A fantastic location if you are arriving and leaving by bus; also very central. A very warm welcome; google translate was very useful as my Spanish is very poor. The room was very comfortable and had everything I could want; great WiFi; breakfast was good. I think Karol Hostel is great value for money. I have stayed in much 'posher places' and not felt so welcomed.

Room wasn't dark and the radiator was a bit noisy.

Ideal location for the bus station. Staff were nice. Comfy bed, good shower, decent WiFi. Breakfast is basic but sufficient, and leveled up with home made jam and cake.
