The swimming pools felt as though the were run through a refrigerant and were ice cold. Unuseable. Never saw anyone in the pools. While the on site dining had great food, the wait staff was unattentive and seemed to be more interested in talking among themselves than waiting on tables. I was surprised that there was not air conditioning, however they were in the process of installing it. That said, I would still recommend to hotel

A bit pricey for the type of facilities provided. No aircon (just in case).

Room: The rooms are very nice and clean, with excellent cleaning service. There’s no air conditioning, but there is a small window higher on the wall for nighttime ventilation. Breakfast: Great variety, with eggs available to cook to your preference. Location: Very central, right next to the main street and within walking distance of the city’s main attractions. Parking: Parking is always available.

We were very impressed with the staff, especially Sevla who was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean throughout our stay. The location was perfect, right in downtown San Pedro, and the overall concept of the hotel was unique and refreshing.

Why give free coffee in the reception if you’re not going to provide milk for it and then charge people for it if it’s requested? Not really free at that point.

I think we were probably just tired, but when we booked the jacuzzi we didn't realise there was an additional charge- it was however worth the 12000 CLP.

Really friendly welcome. Secure parking. Great central location without being too loud at night on the weekend. It was a nice touch being able to use the jacuzzi (although we didn't realise there was an additional charge), which we enjoyed with our complimentary drink . The room was cozy and traditional, yet modern, and we really liked the whole ethos and feel of the place. We only stayed for a night, but definitely would stay again, for a couple of nights. The family room we booked was perfectly sized, and clean and tidy. The lady who welcomed us (sorry, I've forgotten how to spell your name!) couldn't do enough for us

The Wi-Fi service is horrible, but this is true all over Saint Pedro de Atacama. They advertise a hot tub, but they don’t keep it hot, so if you want to use it, you have to reserve it at least 90 minutes in advance so they have time to heat it up, and it cost $12.

An excellent actual Chilean breakfast. Beautiful grounds and room and excellent friendly staff. Excellent location just 50 m down from the main Street in San pedro.

There isn't air conditioning. So the rooms are uncomfortable in Jan when we were there. Coming from the USA, never dawned on me to check into that when you're going to the desert.

We loved the desert architecture, comfortable rooms, exceptional staff and good restaurant…for both breakfast and dinner. Hot water and wifi both worked well. We didn’t use the pool nor hot tub.

There was nothing in particular for the property itself. I found it very nice and peaceful. I would appreciate more soul as the place itself is really nice.

Traditional built with materials as people in town would do. I loved the terrace with view over Licancabur volcano (shame for electric cables that also make part of the view) and the ceiling window at the room to see the moon and beautiful Atacama sky. Also looooved the detail of towels folded as mountains over the bed
