Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Located in centre of town, near all shops and restaurants. Staff ( esp Sandra) were very helpful, even supplied breakfast picnic two hours early , which I took on my climb. Clean , but no lift . Good breakfast

United StatesCentral location in the middle of downtown Pucon. Clean room and family atmosphere. But their service needs a separate word. Their attitude is one of the greatest example of Chilean hospitality. The personal approach is amazing. They contacted me upfront via WhatsApp with directions and useful info and have been in touch during my stay to answer any questions. They messaged 30 minutes after I left that I forgot my bathroom accessories. I was short on time and couldn't come back and they were so nice that they went to the post office and mailed the package to the next hotel and refused to take any money for it. Great, honest people. Highly recommended!

United KingdomStayed at this hotel 1 night / rating and reviews do not match with reality / room is dirty, stained and old carpets, worn out mattresses, old furniture / there is a bar in front of the hotel with loud techno music until 2:30 am / our room (no.1) was next to the breakfast room with noise starting at 6:30 am / complained with the management but they just explained it not their fault / possibly one of the worst hotels I spent the night / do not believe and trust reviews
