Breakfast was extremely repetitive and not a lot of choices. It's quite easy to throw in there some avocado, pancakes and more fruits. Also, staff could be a little more helpful at times.

The room looks better live than in photos. And the restaurant for dinner was the best food we had in Atacama (food is not that great around). The portions were generous and the prices really good, especially compared to other places.

The room, even with a king size bed, was spacious enough and very clean. The staff was polite and helpful. Special mention for the breakfast, which was very rich, and for the common spaces: wide, relaxing and very peaceful. I definitely recommend it!

Due to the tours that start early , there should be signs that people should take care about each other more. As of 4 am it was very loud outside our bedroom.

All was clean and in very good shape. Breakfast was delicious. The shower excellent. Staff was very friendly. We loved to be there and definitely recommend this wonderful hotel.

Exceptionally clean throughout the whole hotel. Staff were attentive, kind and always available to help when needed. The hotel is laid out beautifully, with attractive outdoor areas and plenty of outdoor seating as well as a comfortable restaurant area. Food was excellent always. We had a wonderful stay here.

A lovely hotel that is a close walk (15 minutes) to the center of San Pedro. The staff is polite and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. I appreciated the ample space in the courtyards to relax/bask in the. The shower was warm and the heater was sufficient during the cold nights.

The room is a bit small and not much window. The location is abit far from the bus station, but about 10 mins to the main street.

Open space to relax. Dinner was very good and decent price, compared to the options in the main street. Loved that they provided free drinks and coffee at the reception.

No hot water for the shower. Told them multiple times. They told us to let run until it got warm. We never got it to work.

Loved it all - especially the view of the volcano from our window. The outside pool looked pretty but too cold to Use in June!

Loved this place - stayed in both the ‘superior’ and the annex ‘el refugio’. The annex was more luxurious and spacious. You can walk into town but the food here is delicious, wide ranging breakfast and simple accomplished dinner menu. Free On tap tea and coffee is a really useful bonus.
