For a motel type property this is a great find. Comfortable beds, good breakfast and a lovely pool what more do you want for a break in travelling

Breakfast was excellent. I had consume,soup, for dinner. Which was excellent. My husband ordered rice and tomato salad. Rice was cold which was most disappointing.

No drinking water in the room.

Nice setting and beautiful view. My aunt accidentally fell at the lobby since there is a small steps there. But,the hotel staff were very kind and well trained and they help her to stand up and gave her ice packs, blanket, water immediately. Also, young lady at the front desk introduced us a organic farm to visit out in the wilderness. It was awesome! Thanks so much.

The washroom had a bit of a smell and some humidity on the walls outside.

Extra big and comfortable bed! The staff was friendly and nice. The breakfast buffet was a good thing to have.

The only slightly weird thing was that there was no curtain in the seating area of our room, which could be seen from the bedroom. We were a bit paranoid about our privacy.

Relaxing hotel with a lovely pool, good food and helpful staff. We had a large room with seating area, all very clean and comfortable with a nice big bathroom. Really enjoyed our evening meals, and tried a pisco sour from the bar - excellent! We would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was delicious. The outstanding staff went out of their way to make it the best experience. The restaurant has amazing food. I recommend having dinner there too. It also has a nice pool and playground for the kids.

The breakfast is fine, but the coffee could be a bit stronger!

The hotel is located a little outside of Ovalle and is, for the most part, tranquil. The gardens are lovely, well kept and completely enclosed - which relieves the fairly ordinary surroundings of the hotel. The pet llama-guarnaco is adorable as are the various cats. The staff are helpful and cheerful. The restaurant serves better food than is common in the region.

Great hotel to have a relaxing day especially when you are doing a long travel in Chile like us. Swinning Pool, hammocks, nice garden what you need in these circumstances, with a nice super breakfast day after. Very close to Ovalle and other spots in the area. Highly recommended.

The breakfast did NOT look at all like on the pictures. I booked the hotel because the buffet looked very good. However, there is no buffet and the staff serves some portions with mostly sweet things (cake, yogurt, juice) a bit of ham and cheese and some eggs.

There were hairs in the bathroom. One towel was missing in the bathroom and when we asked for it, they gave us a dirty one with hairs on it.

The hotel had a nice garden with beautiful trees. The room was spacious. The churasca bread in the breakfast was amazing.

No minibar in room, no water have to order water, beds are very light and move, AC was old and noisy, room was very basic , over priced, was wrongly over billed and no resolution given.

Towels should be washed at higher temperature because they smell. Restaurant is expensive for the food. Seems more appropriate for familiy vacation than for a couple.
