Everything! Cozy cabin with wood stove. Views!! Rustic charm. Food was great at the lodge, would recommend that over food in town, even though it is expensive, it is delicious! Good location to get to Patagonia, confluence of the Rio Baker and Neff, river or lake activities, close enough to Puerto Rio Tranquilo. Staff was friendly and very helpful!

The room was a little hot but you can adjust the radiator in the room.

We loved our stay. Our only regret was that we couldn’t have stayed longer. Best hotel we’ve stayed at so far in Chile! The staff was so welcoming. Packed us a lunch to go. Offered us a welcome drink and accommodated our gluten free needs by arranging a meal at a resort close-by.

Showers are temperamental. Heaters can’t be controlled by guest. For the price I would expect this for our own comfort. Dinner was great but for the price would love to see more diverse vegetarian main.

Beautiful build. Thoughtful decor. Amazing view. Cute dog that walked us up the trails. The staff are incredible and very accommodating, especially Belen. Breakfast is delicious.

It’s a quiet cozy place with amazing atmosphere where they treat you like a family. Food is fantastic, fast internet, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water in shower, extremely friendly and helpful staff… and THE VIEW! Breathtaking!

The meals in general are exhorbitantly priced. $30 for a boxed lunch and $50 for dinner without a drink. The lodge is an hour from other restaurants and does not include a kitchenette. There are no snacks available for purchase in the lodge so come prepared.

Amazing views and location. Essentially private hiking trails that were spectacular. Very nice staff. Internet available in main lodge area. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Gorgeous grounds with walking trails and beautiful private beach. The staff here are the best. Belen greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property. She made sure we had everything we needed to include a bagged breakfast for our early morning journey to the Marble Caves. The meals there were incredible. Chef Venecia made the most delicious and amazing vegetarian dishes for dinner both nights. We stayed in Casa Linda and it was beautiful with views of Lake General Carrera from our room and from the common area. Playa Mallon was absolutely gorgeous and wonderful to explore. The rocks on the beach were all so beautiful!

Stunning! Absolutely wonderful. Very kind and helpful staff. Delicious food that seems to all be prepared from scratch in house. They were nice enough to bag our breakfast and leave it outside our door when we were leaving early for an excursion. Would highly recommend! Lovely stay.

Angelica, the host was very welcoming and supportive of our requests… she made the difference between visiting the usual nice structure and the lack of care (this happens a lot in Chile). The human factor in this place is the perk.

Last minute booking, we arrive late after a very long journey from La Junta. They had kept a delicious dinner for us and were very helpful printing our forms for the car to cross into Argentina.the filling morning.

Dinner was more formal than we liked - not that it was incredibly formal, but it was just a little stuffy and old fashioned - not our thing. The real disappointment was contrasting this stay with a cabin we stayed in a bit further north on the Careterra Austral -Mallin Colorado Ecolodge was just not as good, but cost more than twice as much per night. Dinner was NOT included in our booking.com price so that is something to double check in the room description.

The food was generous and very good. The staff was fantastically helpful - when our plans fell through to see the nearby glacier the staff gave us multiple other options that we were very happy with. The view from our room (not a full cabin just the two of us) was beautiful, but the floor to ceiling windows opening out on to a shared porch wasn't ideal.
