The swimming pool did not look it is used for swimming or relaxing in.

We left too early for breakfast. It would be good to have an option whereby the breakfast is not included to reduce the price for people leaving on early excursions.

Very little shade at the property. There is a roof terrace with fabric shade in parts, but it still gets very hot and the shading wasn't adequate for me. As a lot of people leave earlier in the morning for tours or buses to elsewhere, offering a packed breakfast to take with you, might be a nice idea?

Location was excellent. Positioned right at the start of the main street and within a 5 minute walk of the bus terminal. The lady at reception was kind enough to let us check-in an hour earlier than the normal 3pm check-in time. Rooms are small but cosy and cute. Rooms have a/c which is great, as there are large windows which make the room very hot. The a/c gets automatically switched off at 11pm, but opening the little window was adequate enough to keep the room cool that late at night.

The staff is very, very unfriendly. Anything you ask they make it seem like a burdensome. No one ever smile.

Restaurant staff claimed we needed to order food and couldn't just sit there and have a beer, even though that was all we wanted.

The room was everything we needed, it was a tad small once we were in there and with our luggage, but was manageable. The bathroom was also a good size!

The hotel room looked rather like camping hut, for 90 EUR/day one has to do with very small space. We were denied the breakfast package to go when leaving before breakfast. On arrival, from 4 available lamps in room just one was functional. Explanation - this is a village, there is no handyman available. During the night room temperature fell considerably, it was really cold. There was no extra blanket available and the heater went not on, appearingly being set on timer. No staff member made an effort to speak English.

Rich choice of TV channels. Good breakfast. Pool. Good bed. Good location.

Not very clean need lots of details on the cleaning extra bleach, too many details of repairs that are simply! Cobwebs in the ceiling Room are small shower are so uncomfortable if you are a large person it will be very hard To take a shower!! The pictures are not what you expect! If they fix and clean better will be a good value and deal with the space issues! Glad I am a petite person but shower was small We were a group of 6 the other 2 couples had lots of issues, water on the floor slippery smelly bathroom no working tv etc etc

The room was extremely small. As in 24” around the bed and 1 person at a time in bathroom. Similar to train travel small.

The staff were ever so helpful. Helped us find the most amazing guide who made our trip, breakfast to go for an early departure, and prompt responses to request for towels, ice etc.

The room was tiny with almost no hanging space. So small that you could not walk around the bed. The air con was centrally controlled so only came on at set times.

Hotel is located right at the end of the main street of San Pedro so all the main outlets (bars, restaurants, and tour offices) are within easy walking distance. Also it is where the tour buses drop people off at the end of the tour so you only have to walk about 10 metres to the hotel.

i can not use the heater in my room. Only can operate in winter. AC also only operate in summer and have limited operation time. which is not mention in the hotel info. but they give me extra blanket the room too small

Staff was amazing... when we had car trouble, they helped us get a tow and ride to the airport. Super clean and very comfortable

Very loud music and karaoke playing until 5am every night which was extremely noisy in the room even with ear plugs. I understand the staff can't do anything about it but it stopped me and my partner sleeping each night. Although the room was nice it was VERY small.

The hotel was centrally located, the staff were helpful and there were nice hot showers.

The location.

Edit English: This is the most expensive but the worst staying experience for our trip In Chile. The property claim 4 stars hotel but couldn’t even provide hot water for showers. The room is very tiny which is around 140 feet in total. The owner has charged $100 as the security deposit without telling us. We have specifically asked them to examine the room when we are checking out.

The security could have been a bit better. We had to leave the room key in a basket on front desk each day when we went out and there was no questions when we would come back and grab a key. We stored our bags final day in an open room with again no questions asked. Ultimately though we didn't experience any issues with this.

The hotel was lovely. The rooms were small but that was anticipated from the descriptions, the use of space was perfect though with plenty of room under the bed for storage and shelving. The hot water stopped working but was fixed immediately. The staff were nice. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was really nice with cheese, Yogurts, milk etc stored in the fridge which was a nice touch as most places we stayed just left this out. The hotel was right at the end of the main street so perfect location.

Rooms are very small, for 1 person it is ok, for 2 I think it’s too tight but taking into account that you don’t need to spend much time in the room, it’s totally ok.

I totally recommend this hotel because of its location, it’s exactly on the square where is a pickup point for all excursions. Also 1 min from the Main Street. Room is clean, personal is good.

The air con gets switched off before 12 midnight and it’s still very warm in the rooms. A few hours later would be better.

Location is perfect. Quiet at night but close to the buzz. The rooms are small but spotless. Great for one to 2 nights. Lovely shower and toilet. Bed was very big and comfortable. Sensational breakfast. The best we had in San Pedro

Would have been nice to have a drink in the hotel bar in the evening, but it seems to be a separate business right next door - and so we couldn't without eating there too.

Great location in San Pedro for trip pick ups and access to town centre.
