Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ChileThere´s an essential room for improvement at the hotel: 1. Generate the toilet maintenance schedule, like the flushing water system. There is no need to give details on that. It was just an embarrassing situation. 2. The electric water heaters in the two rooms were unusable. They were rusty. It was impossible to prepare a teacup or coffee. The hotel staff got one electric water heater clean and working as expected. 3. There is no interconnection between rooms. It would be good to have this internal room interconnected so you can care for your children or Seniors from inside.
It's in a superb location, not far from downtown. Plenty of restaurants are close to the hotel, including a big supermarket within walking distance. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is calm at night so you can rest well. The rooms are big and The breakfast on the 4th floor had a beautiful view, fantastic staff, great coffee, and food for everyone (children and seniors).

SwedenAt check in the guy at the reception only spoke very fast Spanish. We had to pay in peso and thus the tax. In the booking we had the price in usd but he would not accept this. We did not understand why. So the stay became a bit more expensive than we expected.
Good location with walking distance to the centre. Room vas spacious and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was basic but very good with good capsule coffee and fresh avocado.

Trinidad and TobagoThe breakfast was poor, the eegs was salty, the mangoes were soft. The presentation was poor. The pool area wasn't what I expected, the bar area what I observed wasn't for guess only. Anyone from the outside could have come and purchase, making u feel uncomfortable. You know wen u go to a hotel andyougo to the pool, it's more private. It's not so at ur hotel.

United KingdomFirst room i was offered had no window in the bedroom area, was very dark and located right next to the stairwell although in my booking i requested a quiet room. They changed my room with no problem when asked. The lift was not working.
Breakfast was good, nice coffee from the coffee machine. The eventual room i was given was big and comfortable.
