Rooms were a little small and breakfast very basic (but it’s like that everywhere!). Make sure to ask the staff how to turn off the heater before going to sleep because we woke up in sweat.

Thanks to Puerto Natales's grid layout, this hotel is easily accessible on foot from the Rodoviario bus terminal (20 minutes). The airy, modern hotel is located near the main street, lined with restaurants, shops, and tour companies offering excursions. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering comfort. Throughout our entire trip through Patagonia, all the way to Ushuaia (in both Chile and Argentina), we here enjoyed the best and most extensive breakfast buffet.

The room is front to the street and to the parking lot. So, if you're on the first floor, it can be a little uncomfortable because you can't open the curtains. Otherwise, the people on the street will see you in your bed.

Very good location, near everything. You can go to "Costanera" or to the main square in 2 minutes walking. Very good staff and breakfast. I felt very well received and the staff really took care of us.

Perfect place for a night or so. Front desk was very friendly. Standard room but the shower was awesome. Bed comfy enough. Decent breakfast. Good wifi. Location is good. Having free parking was nice. Overall a good stay and I would stay here again.

The rooms were slightly dated but they were super clean and the bathroom was modern.

Clean, peaceful, warm, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was such a treat in such a cold climate!

My room was close to the reception so at night I heard people walking all the time and speaking with the receptionist.

Staff was very nice! Evelyn was always greeting me with a smile and was super available! One day I woke up late and my tour was already coming, they made sure I had something to eat on my way! They also provided a very early breakfast when I had a tour coming an hour earlier than the restaurant would be open. So I highly recommend it!

Wish we could have paid for a shower after returning from our hike but reasonable for them not be able to provide this

The staff were always keen on helping wherever possible. And they were very accommodating. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and great value for money!

Location right in the centre, staff very helpful and friendly, good breakfast, and very accurate to the pictures shown online. It's exactly as I expected which is a good thing! I was only there for one night passing through and for this it was perfect. Particular shout out to the receptionist who was very helpful!

perfectly located (within 5-15 minute walk of everything you may need) and the friendliest staff. kept our bags safe in storage while we did the W trek. delicious breakfast and great vibes. definitely stay here!

A little hot until we figured out we needed to open the window wide and keep it open. Breakfast scheduled time is OK but we prefer to arrive when we are ready.

Comfortable beds, very clean, free lemon water and tea and coffee whenever, nice space.

The staff are kind and good. The room is clean and comfortable. If I could visit Puerto Natales once again, I will stay in this hotel again!

Nothing really, the room was basic, but it was fine. The sound travelled, which was a bit annoying. You could hear cars passing through out the night.

We only had a short stay for 1 night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even gave us a goodbye treat the next morning when we checked out.
