It’s a beautiful building our room had a little door that was left unlocked, which led to part of the attic Some of the furniture in the lobby was threadbare

The location was excellent right on the river however there was a busy road that was noisy. The breakfast was very good and they had gluten-free options

Lovely hotel on the river with great views from your room. Good Chilean style breakfast eggs bread cheese meat fruit not European style. Two pools and a nice terrace you can have drinks on over the river. Nice friendly staff not much English spoken but not a problem.

There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and there were no bottles of water. This is the first hotel I have stayed in on holiday or for business that had no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Added to that there was no bar facilities in the hotel.

Breakfast should be served in dining room instead of crowded lobby area. Schedule for breakfast means nothing if there is a large tour group. Online pictures of breakfast do not correspond to reality. No a/c even in the ‘newer’ wing but a fan can be provided. Tour groups can overwhelm the hotel.

There was a nasty woman at the reception, trying to take a power trip… at breakfast the same woman rudely asking for room numbers and at checkout asking for already approved credit card receipts to be individually written, named and id numbers with persons’s handwriting as if she were doubtful of already provided full details … breakfast could be better in variety of cereals, etc… no nuts, coffee was tea like … no eggs or cheeses…

Very nice view of a nice river, full of wild birds , bird nests,… check in guy was nice and friendly. Room was nice and spacious, clean and pleasant. No elevator to second level.

Overall I'm very happy with our stay, but the continental breakfast could be improved.

We had a room with river and pool view on the second floor, the view was quite amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect if you have a car, easy to arrive and easy to drive back to the center of the city.

some rooms are located in the wing which is not visible on the picture, does not look attractive at all, the room was very basic and worn out, a hostel type, bear walls, no decoration. The location is on the river bank but on the street that gets very busy. and far from the city center, would not come back.

Two things: 1) we ended up paying the IVA even though we are not Chilean or foreign residents. We provided our passports and visas when we checked in. We thought that would be taken care of as a credit to our credit card, but that has not happened. 2) The rooms need screens for the windows. The outside air is nice at night, especially with the nearby river and foliage, but the unscreened windows allow mosquitos to enter if the windows are left open.

The rooms and the grounds were beautiful. Very quiet. The lawn area and path by the river was lovely. The buffet breakfast was very good and varied. The restaurant was also excellent.

No elevators for my senior parents. They didn’t accommodate the group as a family. we were put in two different buildings, one of them very updated with big rooms and the other with small rooms with a few issues.

Bar restaurante closes at 9, not really walking distance to downtown businesses. A little less friendly and welcoming than most places we've been in Chile.

The gentleman who checked me in was very kind and welcoming. He already knew I was arriving and even greeted me by name—he was clearly expecting me, which made the experience feel very personal. The next morning at the buffet, the young woman at the front desk was also incredibly kind. I didn’t have a phone charging cable, and she went above and beyond to help me. Even though there wasn’t one at the desk, she lent me her own personal cable so I could charge my phone. Overall, the service was excellent, and I’m very satisfied. I’m looking forward to coming back soon.

Great surroundings with beautiful views of the river. The breakfast is delicious and there is a little bit of everything. The location allows you to appreciate the nature but not be so far from the city.
