The soap gel, shampoo and conditioner were the worst. Soap gel is uncomfortable and that was not a good quality, same for shampoo and conditioner. For sure not at the level the hotel deserves. The parking space was a little too tight. Cars are bigger every day so the spaces should accommodate accordingly

The breakfast is one the best I've ever tried. A log of options to choose from and everything was excellent. The beds are very comfortable and the room with a lot of space.

Breakfast should be better. During all the week the food was always the same. The room was cleaned well.

The room was big and comfortable. They didn't replace some things that ran out during the week, such as a box of tissues, tea.

Check-in took a long time and there clearly was not enough staff working during the afternoon. The bar food was quite overpriced and average quality. The bathroom smelt a bit of sewage, but this improved with time. Only one small 500mls water bottle was provided per room, rather than per person.

Excellent location in Santiago, the room was spacious and clean, lots of hot water, WiFi worked really well, two beds were provided in our suite as per our request. Walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants and bars.

The 19% Tax on my debit card is just a serious turn off. No water kettle and no free water for guests looks like it's a south American thing

Some of staff were not as approachable as others. I woke up around 4am because of other customers being extremely loud from their room up until 7/8am.

Good choice for breakfast. Room looks nice and nice view of the mountains. Room was comfortable. Food from room service was nice and food presentation was very good. I got early check-in because there was a room available which was nice after a 14-hour flight!

Last night there was a power outage, and that night I started to have a really bad cough, could not sleep at all. I think it had something to do with the air conditioning that might have expelled something after they jump started it, because next morning a lot of other guests had the same cough as me.

The staff were helpful. The hotel restaurant was good. The room was clean and comfortable and was appreciated after a long flight! The hotel app was particularly helpful.

In this 5 years, some water related part, shower and basin became old. At the desk, no AC power outlet !! So, I cannot use the desk light instead of my notebook PC’s power supply.

Second time stay, last time was in Feb. 2019. In safe and quiet Providecia area, this hotel is very reasonable low price for a suite room. Mini bar has enough space to keep own water PET bottles and beers. Breakfast buffet is almost same during my stay (5 days), but enough variety. The Express Lider supermarket is 10 min. walking distance. Two METRO stations (L1) are nearby. Front is friendly, and the bar at lobby is good.

The bathroom is my suite was tired and needed a freshen up. Cracks in the basin and poorly repaired plaster damage above the shower let the suite down.

We cannot think of what could improve our stay.

We loved the modern style bathroom, it was perfect. The bed was amazing and we loved our view of the city and mountains from the 9th floor of this building. The location was great for visit both the historic part of town and the modern area around los leones. We also loved going for late night drinks and food in the local bar in italian neighbourhood.

Could have used a throw rug in living room as in our friends room. They could put instant coffee in the room with the tea and the water pot they have already.

Very comfortable bed. Temperature control is made by you, and it adjusts easily. Amazing breakfast was included. They'll even cook your eggs or omelet to your preference!
