There were just a few small things in the apartment that needed repair. We were not there long enough for it to bother us and it was over the weekend so we didn't say anything. Hopefully, they will fix the items and no will know.

The apartment was in a great location within an easy walk to many restaurants and the metro--although we used Uber. The woman at the reception desk when we arrived was extremely sweet and helpful. Plenty of space in the apartment.

Beware that some of the apartments are really tiny, and in others you can really hear the music from all the bars and restaurants in the street behind. Worth checking those details before booking if that is an issue for you. Some of the bathrooms feel a bit older.

Location is great in terms of things to do, transport, and convenience stores and currency exchange offices nearby. Staff is very nice and helpful. Appreciate the water and fruit provided in the rooms. Great price point for the neighborhood. Great modern kitchen appliances.

The Orly Suite was just as pictured on Booking.com. A lovely boutique hotel with a beautifully appointed suite that availed us of all the comforts of home. We were pleased by the warm welcome from Anne Marie and in her taking the time to introduce us to all the amenities of the hotel and our suite. The kitchen is well appointed and the king bed and luxury bedding were very much appreciated. The location was perfect for shopping and restaurants and only a 15 minute walk to the Costanera Centre. We easily walked to the Central Historical District in an hour which afforded us all the sights along the way. We like the security of the hotel entry and felt very safe in the surrounding area.

The location was fantastic. It could not have been better. The staff was exceptional. Ivan and Anna are the best. You could not ask for a better place to stay. The staff recommended great places to eat, how to take the subway, and arranged for a cab to the port. They were sincere and welcoming. The suite was clean, beds were super comfortable, and the staff was always available to help. I was here in 2011 when it was the Orly Hotel. Do not hesitate to book a stay here.

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious, quiet, clean, and well-equipped. The reception staff were especially friendly and helpful. The reception/lounge area was a great place to relax for a while and meet other guests. Within easy waking distance to everything in Providencia. A safe and fun neighborhood.

The little kitchen is awesome but we were missing a corkscrew even though there were wine glasses in the cabinet. It was already past the time anyone was at the reception desk so we had to go without opening our bottle of wine.

The staff at this little hotel was super helpful and kind. Our room was small but perfect for the two of us and we loved having a full kitchen. Beds were small but very comfortable, no complaints. Being able to do laundry in the middle of our trip was also super helpful. Great location, lots to do and places to eat close by.

Everything. The location is excellent, you can walk to neighbouring suburbs easily and safely. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and the wifi is great. There is also an excellent coffee shop at the end of the block on the other side of the street.

While the sheets were of a nice quality, the bottom sheet on the king bed was not wide enough to be tucked in and immediately came undone and rumpled.

The location was superb, on a tree-lined street in the center of the Providencia district. It was within a 2 block walking distance of excellent restaurants and 2 blocks from a metro station. The suite was cozy but not cramped. There was plenty of storage space including a closet, a large bureau and table for two. The kitchen worked perfectly for a wakeup coffee and toast in the morning, and we stored cans of juice in the mini-fridge for a cold drink in the hot afternoons.

If you ware planning to work remotely during your stay, this is not the hotel for you. The wifi connection was really spotty.

Great location and the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed with everything you could need! The staff is friendly but there isn't always someone at the reception. This wasn't a problem for me, just be aware you might need to call or text someone for assistance.

Nice and well stocked apartment in a really good location. Safe, with coffee shops, restaurants and bars really close. Comfortable bed. Spacious with a nice bathroom. Really nice staff that would help you with anything. Owner spoke English. You can do laundry there for 7 dollars per load, and they will help you transfer it to the dryer if you want to go out while the laundry is on. Would absolutely stay here again!
