Reviews of Palafito Cucao

Very nice people. Very good location at the water. Spacious room on first floor with high ceelings and 3 beds. Bathroom spacious enough. Other rooms some smaller and not so nice. Great terrace and kitchen for everyone right at the water. Close to national park entrance. Breakfast nice presented. Home made bread and cereals were good.

Sofas and chairs in common rooms not comfortable. Hotel might be too noisy if more guests are around.

The room was overlooking the Cucao Lake, had a very nice decor that created a very romantic atmosphere. The personal was super helpful and helped planning the activities for each day. The hotel counts with very beautiful outdoor and indoor common areas. The kitchen can be used to prepare your own food. The place was absolutely clean and nicely kept.

The tub system could me modernized

Quite and beautiful place next to the lake with big and clean room. Great breakfast with homemade bread and cake, eggs and fruit. The general manager is super nice and supportive.

Other-worldly views in the morning and evening. If you have the opportunity rent the hot tub!! It's a wood-heated bath that was worth the price and then some. Great staff.

Breakfast was great, home baked bread and cake, nice variety of breakfast food, bread, cheese, ham, honey, etc. also, they had oats, yogurt and fruit. All nice and fresh.

No lunch or dinner available at the lodge, but many restaurants nearby.

The entire approach was excellent ie desk service; room numbers, size and cleanliness; breakfast; indoor and outdoor facilities and of course location in Cucao

I think the best option to stay in Chiole Nationalpark. It is really a nice experience to stay in a Palafito. The rooms are spacious and wooden-look is really nice. You have not really a view to the lake because of the trees but nevertheless it’s a nice view. The breakfast war very good with fresh eggs and avocado! The common room is very cozy and also the kitchen you can use everytime you want is a good thing! The host and staff were very nice friendly and helpful.

The walls are not very soundproof - but if you want to stay in a Palafito I think you have to deal with this. Not really a Problem

This is a gem in a fantastic location. The furnishings are tasteful, artistic and minimalist in the best possible way. The staff went out of their way to give me directions to the property- I got lost with no WiFi. She even stayed up late to welcome me personally upon arrival.

Everything was fantastic.

We were only able to stay for one night, but it was a really great property. Comfortable rooms and the breakfast our amazing host cooked was delicious. Highly recommend.

This hotel is absolutely lovely and located right on the lake. The views were beautiful and the room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good, with homemade bread and jams. There are also several good restaurants and Chiloe National park entrance within walking distance. Great place, I highly recommend!

Great location and building! Next to restaurants and park entrance. Beautiful room with view on the lake, great spaces very well decorated and bright. Large terrace with a nice hot-tub. Delicious breakfast with homemade bread and very welcoming staff!

Loved everything my only suggestion is for the facility to explain at the time of the reservation the hottub can be used only by one party per night as it a natural process using water from the lake and no chimical!
