No Wi-Fi, even just in the communal area would be a big help.

Beautiful cabins, right next to the river, in beautiful countryside.

Difficult to find in the dark. No sign by the road entrance. No wifi but this was part of the charm.

Tranquil and special riverside location with private beach, gardens and walks from the door. Beautifully furnished cabins, cosy log stove, veranda with chairs, excellent communal cooking, dining and bbq buildings, lovely owner and staff, delicious breakfast.

Location is just fantastic. The river, glacier views are stunning. Wood stoves are great to cope the night temperatures. Home made breakfast was the best. Highly recommended! Nano is a great host!

It could have been signposted, very difficult to find when you have no signal. All it needs is a small laminated piece of paper to say what the property is. Very confusing

The dogs were lovely and fun to be around The fire and the cabins were lovely. River was beautiful Breakfast and coffee was lovey

Closest chance to buy groceries, refuel or find a restaurant is 30mins by car. We did not have cell reception, but it depends on which provider you have (with some you can get a very weak signal).

Was our second stay here and it was as incredible as the first time. Would recommend to everyone and would stay here again. Great host, great breakfast, great (remote) location.

No signage on the road to mark the entrance. Google maps has it pinned on the wrong side of the road.

Beautiful location. Great access to the river. Naco was diligent in that he stayed up till 3:30 am (late ferry, it takes about seven hours from Hornoprien to the cabins. Make sure you buy a morning ferry ticket at least two days in advance online so you can arrive at the cabins in the afternoon.

Lack of breakfast space (only two tables available). We were expected to schedule a time we would have breakfast at and finish it promptly so that other guests could have a turn. Being on vacation and in the jet-leg, that felt a bit inconvenient.

Great staff; waited for us in the middle of the night as our ferry arrived with a delay at 2am to Chaiten. Best coffee in Patagonia! Great homemade cake for breakfast.

There was no sign from the road that we had the right place! There was also some miscommunication about what night we were staying, so no one was waiting to check us in. We were lucky to catch an employee before he left the property to show us to our cabin.

The cabins and common areas were really lovely - the huge live edge slab tables with sheepskins and blankets were great, we really enjoyed having a stocked kitchen available to use. Breakfast was wonderful with homemade baked goods. Our cabin had a wood stove and a view of the river - very cozy and comfortable.

The staff.. (for several reasons) -The check in. The 2 owners (or staff) that met us when we checked in, was cold and distant and seemed irritated that we didn’t speak any Spanish. Since there was no WiFi what so ever, we couldn’t use google translate to communicate. When they tried informed us of something, and we told them “we are sorry, we don’t understand” they just spoke louder and was even more annoyed with us.. - there was dogs around the property, which is okay, but the host told my 9 year old daughter that they were aggressive, which made my daughter scared to leave the cabin when the dogs was outside of the cabin and the common room,(we have dog at home, so my daughter is used to dogs, but was scared of this one, after being told to not play with them). If the dogs were “aggressive” why let them roam outside amongst the guest? - Check out: this was what made me extremely disappointed of the accommodation. I wrote explicitly to the property a few days before check-in if it was possible to pay with our credit card or if we should take out cash, the answer was that we could pay with our credit card and that it would be no problem, but did that happen? Nope! The host demanded that we pay cash (which we didn’t have) and we didn’t have WiFi to transfer any money. I even showed the host the message i wrote days before, confirming that the property said it was okay to pay with a credit card. She looked at me and said it was not possible and spoke in Spanish in a rude manner. We managed to pay due to the kindness of another guest at the accommodation who paid for us in cash (thank goodness) but had it not been for them, I would seriously not know how to pay (as the nearest town is far away). Next time, they should write “BRING CASH” in big letters. This is the first time I’m writing a really negative review about an accommodation. But it shows how important it is to be respectful to your guests, and even to those who don’t speak the local language.

Location and the facilities. Nice clean cabins and we liked the common room.

There is no Wifi and the network does not always work. The parking is quite far away from the Cabaña and you have to carry it. It is relatively expensive compared to other locations. Although it was stated that we could pay with credit card, they have an old machine with 4 digit code and my credit card was blocked. You need to feed the oven with wood to ensure heating.

The Cabaña is located in a beautiful location near to the river. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite good.

We paid way too much (~£100!!) to stay in a basic cabin. We had stayed in similar cabins for a fraction of the price (£30 - £40) elsewhere in Patagonia. The previous reviews misled us to think it was a "fancy" cabin. No wifi!?!

Very picturesque location - great sunsets. Breakfast was good (but not amazing).

Lack of fridge in the room. The common kitchen area was dirty, and full of fruit flies. The boards that make up the counters have large gaps between them and were full of kitchen filth. For an expensive accommodation "cash only" is somewhat of a problem. There is no open or functioning ATM in the nearest town 30 minutes away. There is no cell service or wifi at the accomodations. This made sending them a cash transfer difficult. Expensive accomodations should be taking credit cards. Booking hid "cash only" in the small print and we missed it.

Breakfast was great, the cabin was big and roomie for two. Nice view and balcony on the cabin. The scenery in the area was stunning and the river was flowing wonders.
