Cosy stay. Spacious room and bathroom. With all amenities. Very clean and taken care of. Alejandra, the owner was very kind, friendly, helpful and attentive. Served homemade, warm, delicious and plenty breakfast in the room. The room is only reached by a staircase (just one floor) but Alejandra helps with the luggage. The location was great to explore the neighborhood. Everything was nearby, restaurants, galleries, market, bars, cafes. Would definitely recommend and choose again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The room was huge, beautifully furnished, and came with a large bathroom and heating, making it extremely comfortable. Alejandra, the host, took excellent care of me, provided great recommendations, and was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Concepción's city center, making it very convenient to explore the area. I would definitely return and highly recommend staying here!

Loved the location. In the middle of cerro concepcion, but somehow managed to also be quiet. Alejandra went out of her way to make oir stay as good as it could be. All her recommendations were spot on. Lovely view from the room. Really enjoyable couple of days in Valparaoso

Que solamente se podia cancelar en efectivo o Paypal, como sugerencia deberian contar con datafono, adicional en las casas de cambio molestan bastante por los billetes que segun ellos consideran en mal estado o medianamente "viejos".

Alejandra was an amazing and caring host. Even though we only stayed for a night, she was very welcoming and helpful. Additionally, the place was very clean and the beds very comfortable and warm - essential since winter nights can get very cold. The breakfast was simple yet delicious.

Alejandra was very attentive. Everything was good. Extra points to the cuttest cat host ever! Would just give the advice of think about some curtains on the glass door, to give the guests a bit more privacy.

The bed in our room had an uncomfortable wooden panel on each side of the mattress which you can sit on, however my wife and I found them first with our now sore knees lol.

- for awareness, it’s a room in somebody’s home. It’s all very clean and lovely. - there’s a lot of noise and I found it difficult to sleep with the traffic noise, noise in the apartment and in the building.

Quirky little house with lovely touches (fresh flowers in the room) and beautiful features (original high doors etc). Fantastic location, near to some amazing restaurants and great views. Alajandra, the host gave us great tips and even prepared a pack up breakfast as we were leaving early, much appreciated.
