The lights outside the building were bright and the blinds didn't block it, so I was glad to have my sleep mask.

Comfortable and clean room. Staff were very nice and let us store our baggage and leave our car parked for an extra day. They were very nice and accommodating with my bad Spanish (the younger desk attendants spoke English and we're able to help me out). Breakfast had standard good options of bread, cheeses, sliced meat, and some cereal and juices. It was a nice walk to the main restaurant area. Good parking area off-street. After our first night we would have extended our stay if they hadn't been booked up!

Bed was a bit soft for our taste. Battle-axe access is a bit of a pain.

Clean and newish. Spacious rooms and common areas in a good location just down from the lookout. Very clean. Breakfast was fine for that price range. Staff were very helpful and friendly (in Spanish).

It’s located within walkable distance to all the central locations in the city. The place is very clean and staff is very friendly. The staff aren’t the best in English but once your requests or questions are communicated successfully, they always get serviced by the staff with highest quality.

We had requested box breakfasts because we were leaving early, but when we asked for it we learned that the overnight security guard had given them to someone else. The hotel tried to make it up to us, but there’s not much to be done when you need and expect food at 6am. We hope they do something to prevent this in the future.

Small property, simple but comfortable rooms. We left two bags for about 10 days and they already had them waiting for us when we walked into lobby.

There was no music or lights on in the main reception area most of the time, so it felt a bit unwelcoming and awkward with so much silence. The reception staff were pleasant but didn't speak or interact much with us, only to ask what time we would have breakfast the next day. I had to request cleaning services twice because the rooms were not tidied up otherwise (the garbage wasn't changed, toilet paper was not replenished, etc.)

Very clean rooms, modern design, comfortable beds, excellent location for walking to the city center, restaurants, etc. Ample parking if you have a car. Breakfast is included, it is basic (no hot food such as eggs) but it is sufficient. The gentleman who works there is very attentive, professional and friendly. On days that we had early tours and did not eat breakfast, they prepared a take-out bag with sandwiches, fruit, a drink, and a granola bar. They allowed us a late check-out on the day we left, which was much appreciated.

My bedroom had no thick curtains protecting it from the sunlight–just some translucent ones (during summer, in Punta Arenas, it begins to clear around 6 am). So It is hard to keep sleeping after that time. Then, many hotel's bedroom windows look to the main entrance, which is also the parking lot. Before dawn, a car arrived with passengers making noise. Adding to that, the car did not stop its engine for around 5-10 minutes. It was quite unpleasant, though. The reception staff should take note of these issues if they think about the comfort of their passengers. Regarding the price paid and considering these matters, I would recommend looking for another place to stay.

The best thing is the breakfast as well as the kindness of the lady who serves it.
