So upon checking in I was told they needed a payment for the 1st night with a total of $340.28 USD. I then explained to the front desk I would like to pay for all 3nights in full for a total of $1,030USD so that’s what we and she said that the $340.28USD would be refunded to my card. I have yet to receive my $340.28USD I have called multiple times-unable to get through and messaged the hotel via booking.com twice. Still no word on when I’ll get my money back. So make sure they refund your money before leaving because it’s been impossible to actually speak/message with someone. I just want my money I paid for the 3nights we stayed and apparently a 4th night for no reason. We didn’t do any room service, no laundry services- nothing. So please do refund the $340.28USD to the card I used upon check in.

The room is spacious, location is superb. Parking space is very good

We had many issues with the bathroom: the hair dryer literally got on fire (!) when using, the shower cabinet was flooded not draining the water. We talked to hotel 2 or 3 times about the issue with the shower cabinet, but the hotel took no action whatsoever, we had to going down for the 3rd time to front desk and demand fixing it.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff from the time I pulled up greeted at my car door! Helped with my bag’s. Front desk gentleman very polite and professional. Everyone in restaurant area to your security gentleman. Excellent stay would definitely come again and I would also recommend hotel!👍👍

V nice breakfast, nice smelling and clean. Efficient room service. Decent facilities and spectacular views of the mountains and city centre of Santiago. Very close to key amenities in Santiago. Very good value for money.

Our personal preference would have been for the bar to be open later on (although v good 24/7 room service) and perhaps more spa facilities to compete with other high end hotels in the area. All staff were polite and civil but some could have been slightly more warm (with the exception of the doormen).

the main thing is the place is a bit run down, it was amazing in its day but everything feels a bit outdated especially given it's advertised as a 5 *

The mattresses could use an upgrade. Ours were didn't offer good back support.

We loved the amenities. The rooftop pool is small, but was not usually in use when we went in the evenings and it was kept incredibly warm. I am not sure this was normal, but it was close to hot tub temps and felt great considering the chilly fall air outside. It was very peaceful and relaxing. There is a small area to suntan outside as well. The basement has the game room with billiards, chess and dominos available. The tables are more american style and the cue sticks as well... and to my surprise the cue sticks were not horrible (although not great). The location is also amazing with numerous restaurants nearby and Costanera Center close by as well. We felt very safe walking around and experienced no issues. I also liked that you could open the windows slightly to get some fresh air. It was cool at night so we didn't need the AC at all.

I was not too impressed with the breakfast, although the last time I stayed I was at the AC Marriott which has an outstanding breakfast, so perhaps my expectations were too high. The view is amazing up on the 17th floor. Although it was often overcrowded... the staff did an amazing job quickly clearing tables for those coming in. I was happy I was able to order some fried eggs from the kitchen, although it is not really advertised as an option. We booked an executive suite for a long stay. The kitchen was not very well equipped... there was no pan (only a pot) so I went out and bought one and the fridge was rather small and pre-stocked with minibar items. There was not much space for our own things. It also did not come with anything for cleaning dishes. We were charged for a small bottle of wine we did not drink, I think because I had placed it on top of the fridge while attempting to arrange things and forgot to put it back... but I did not feel like arguing about the charge. They were also not very good at refilling the soap and shampoo in the bathroom or even the tissues and toilet paper. Each of which we asked to restock at least once.

The apartment has an amazing location — there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, and the most beautiful beach on the island is just around the corner. I was a bit worried after reading some reviews about noise, but in reality, there was only occasional soft music from a nearby café, which always ended by 11 PM and didn’t disturb my sleep at all. A special thank you to the staff — they were always available, helpful, and truly made my stay exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
