Considering that this is a simple hostel, I think everything was good enough.

It's simple, homely, but has a sweet atmosphere, and it's very central. The staff is excellent; they think of everything, follow up quietly, and organize everything perfectly. Their approach and communication are very friendly and courteous. It was a value-for-money stay where we felt very comfortable. Excellent location, close to everything. Half a block away from Caracoles street. The staff were super friendly, our plans changed last minute due to unforseen weather conditions and they were very understanding and willing to help us out. Our room had a heater which was great for the cold winter nights. The shower was amazing. Breakfast was quite good, and they packed some breakfast to go on the days we had to leave early for a tour. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible experience and flawless service — my parents loved every moment! This trip was a surprise I coordinated all the way from New Zealand for my parents, and everything went perfectly! All communication was done through messages, and the entire team made it seamless. My parents were absolutely delighted — they didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Very cosy and comfortable place in the center of the town. The staff were friendly and answered our questions with translation even though some of them were not fluent in English.We also like breakfast as the fried/scrambled eggs were prepared by staff on demand. You can ask them for a snack pack the night before if you have an earlier tour the next day. We really appreciate what they have prepared for us and we ate them all on our tour. We really enjoyed our time in Anka. Thank you for the great service.

Lovely courtyard hostel with a variety of rooms around a common area and dining tables. Well situated just off the main pedestrian road. Small but well equipped kitchen. Nice breakfast included. The staff are brilliant and the place is really clean.

Hostel was located really in the center but was calm with own nice patio. Breakfast was excellent. And the staff was really taking a good care of you, always preparing you for the next day. Many people left early and there was a snack pack ready for you.

Fantastic location, walking distance to everything in town. The staff helped us book all the tours. Breakfast was great! The hammock area was a big plus for relaxing after a busy day. Overall, excellent experience!

Great hangout space in the centre of the hostel, with hammocks and tables. Staff very helpful and always available. Nice showers: hot, private and towels included. Kitchen was really well equiped. Breakfast was good and they leave out a packed snack for people heading out on a tour before breakfast starts. Wifi was decent. Rooms were a bit tight on space. In the morning getting up at 5am for a tour, there was no electricity so no lights in the bathrooms. Not sure if it was out in the whole area.

This location is incredible. If you are looking for the best location to do tours this is the place. In addition if you are looking for shared dorm rooms this place is the best hostel in San Pedro. The owners and staff are all so friendly. Lots of restaurants and everything is right outside the door.

Great location just off the main street of San Pedro so safe and well lit. Comfortable and good size room with good wifi. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Kitchen pretty good and very well organised.

As a solo traveller, this wasn’t the most social hostel - probably best if you have friends in the area or are travelling with others!

I loved my stay here! The location was perfect, just off the main street. The courtyard area was gorgeous and perfect to relax in when not on a tour. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, even learning my name within a day of me being there! They were also really helpful when I needed to book an airport transfer. The hostel was clean, beds were comfy and the included breakfast was tasty!

The central location is great but also means a lot of noice from the neighboring bars and pubs. It usually stopped at 1am. The bathroom has no window so they sprayed some scent every no and then which was not my cup of tea, especially at night…

Booked a private double with bathroom in Anka, so I cannot say much about the dorms. The room was basic but nice. Had a comfy bed and warm powerful shower. The courtyard with the hammocks is lovely to chill in.

Just a few steps from the main Street Caracoles. Nice staffs, clean rooms, nice service, staffs always worried about your next they trip to keep your breakfast ready to take away early morning next day. Really appreciate it!

the location is fantastic. One of the most central in the town. The staff were instantly helpful and super friendly, they communicated with you and were knowledgeable on how your tour would work. They provided snack packs if you had a very early morning start.

While the rooms and bathrooms are small, it didn't hinder my experience at all. One suggestion I'd make is considering the addition of female-only dorms. Currently, there are three shared rooms, all mixed. There's potential to designate one as female-only accommodation.

The location is perfect, one of the best in the region. You're just a few steps away from everything. Even in the shared room, towels are provided and changed quickly, and the bed is made. The cleanliness is also impeccable. Additionally, the kindness and help from the Hostel staff was outstanding. The place also features a comfortable common area, well-equipped kitchen, and included breakfast. I experienced issues with my arrival time, and yet they were very understanding and accommodating with check-in. The same flexibility applied to check-out.
