The host was very warm and friendly and made us feel at home straightaway. We arrived late the first night and were gifted a bottle of wine to relax and settle in. We asked to use the fireplace the second and third night and they helped us to start the fire with no issues. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We loved our stay, thank you so much!

The hot water wasn’t very hot for shower.

Beautiful House, traditional style. We had upstairs section, which was 2 rooms, and 2 bathrooms, and a patio area which overlooked the courtyard and pool. Breakfast was amazing. Host was lovely.

Breakfast offered a large offering of items along with the option of having eggs cooked to any preference. Our host was wonderful and we appreciated her suggestions about visiting area wineries and restaurants.

The rooms feel dated. The hotel is 8km from Santa Cruz where there are restaurants etc. The hotel would benefit from a vending machine selling snacks etc and coffee making facilities.

Beautiful hotel nestled in the hills. Gorgeous garden with pool (unheated). Very clean, lovely rooms. We were greeted with a bottle of local wine by the owner who was so helpful and made us feel very welcome. We wanted to eat our own tapas on the balcony one night and she provided plates, glasses etc to make this possible. Breakfast was served by a friendly lady who went out of her way to make sure we had enough. Log fire in one of the rooms which gave it a really cosy feel. We loved this little hotel. A true gem.

Out hostess was wonderful. She allowed us to check in early as we had a very long flight to arrive in Chile and wanted to nap. She provided us with a lot of information on the area and great suggestions for dining. The posada is quiet and beautiful with easy access to the vineyards. Breakfasts were delicious and the staff took great care of us.

You need a car

It was a beautiful place, great staff, nice pool, very tranquil. It was a bit remote from Santa Cruz but Filipe and Leomar were extremely accommodating. They gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and wineries to visit. We truly loved our stay!!!!

The location was perfect to all the wineries and the stay was very relaxing with the pool, many outdoor spaces, and comfortable room. The best part Leonor, who cared for every need and was so welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed every minute of our stay! Definitely will visit again and recommend to friends!

Towels for the swimming pool would have been useful

The location is perfect and peaceful. Leonor the host is delightful and goes out of her way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The pool is a welcome addition after a day in the vineyards of the Colchagua valley. The staff in the morning cook excellent very fresh eggs!

The owner, Leonor, is a sweetheart, always attentive and looking after our needs. the location of the Posada is quiet, safe, and near all of the wineries and other attractions. The rooms are impeccably cleaned every afternoon. The Posada kitchen allowed us to fix our own dinners and a tasty breakfast was served in the morning.

Excellent place to have a comfortable and quiet time, well served by its owner Leonor and a friendly staff. Leonor sends to her guests great recommendations for dining and wineries to visit, to help plan the trip. Breakfast is outstanding, abundant and delicious. The hotel and the rooms are clean and well taken care of.

Unfortunately we struggled a lot with the person running the B&B. It might have been that we were the only visitors at the time, but our every move was monitored and it didn't feel relaxing. On the last day, we wanted to leave our bags (as our trip to the airport was in the evening), and had a very unfortunate experience of being told that we were the worst hotel guests ever and we're ruining everything and had no respect (when all we wanted was to leave some bags in the corner of the reception area). We were also shut out of the property (even though agreeing to leave a tip for the bags) and had to climb out in and out to retrieve them. There was a lot of aggressive communication that made me feel like crying, which is not a nice experience when in a foreign country. I thus cannot recommend staying here. Maybe things are different when there's more than one customer or it was just bad timing, but I really feel like this is no way to treat guests.

The location and B&B itself are in nature and are in line with the pictures. A great initial setting.
