No facilities to make a hot drink in the units, but the owners happily provided me with a thermos. The smoke from a burner/boiler (at least that’s what I think it was) in front of the rooms blows into the rooms at times (depending on the direction of the wind) and the smell of smoke was really strong at times. If you’re not used to it, it can be overwhelming.

Beautiful place and rooms. The look of the rooms seemed fresh yet cosy at the same time. Friendly and helpful owners. A good breakfast on offer (not just the standard bread with ham and cheese). The bathroom was more spacious than most. Be sure to ask if the restaurant dinner is available during your stay as both nights of my stay dinner was unfortunately not available here.

Cabins are comfortable and have parking space. The room was a bit cold in spite of having the heating system on. Meals were fantastic. We had dinner and the included breakfast, both excellent.

At least our cabin, the shower door lets some water splash on the floor, and a bathmat was not provided.

Nice cabins surrounded by nature, well preserved natural environment all around. The breakfast is great, fruit, juice, coffee...whatever you need to set out on hiking adventures in the area.

The breakfast was really good, but the evening meals were spectacular!!!! The culinary artists who prepare the meals only cater to guests. The birds, forest, and sounds of the river were really relaxing. They serviced the room each day. The family was also a treat.

There is northing to complain about

This accommodation is perfect. Beautiful location, nice hosts, beautiful rooms but what they don't mention is that they also serve great dinners. And dolphins in the bay that is 500 meters from the hotel.

Beautifully decorated warm cabin in the woods. Friendly and helpful owners/staff. Really good breakfast. Plenty of free parking. Not too far from Chaiten and on the road to the ferry. Very good value for the price.

Would have been great to have a small fridge, and kettle. One bed light not working. Could hear noise of people in the next room who arrived late.

The rooms were strangely equipped. One room had a fridge, sink and kitchen utensils but no means to cook. Also the hot water wasn’t working so they moved us 🙏. Next room was spacious but only beds and a bathroom. But hot water and a good heater!

We had issues with the ferry from Hornopiren so instead of 4pm we arrived the next day 7am like most of the other guests that came to the hotel with us. There is no Wi-Fi connection on the ferry to contact the hotel. We did not sleep, took a shower and had breakfast (the worst of our 10 hotel during the trip). When leaving we were charged extra because they had to wait for us. This was just inappropriate. We heard of nice cabins close by so we highly recommend doing research and choosing a different place to stay.

Heaters barely worked on a cold, rainy night. No glasses, refrigerator, or much of anything except beds in our room. Breakfast was very simple, uninteresting, limited.

All in all, slightly expensive for what is offered. Especially the breakfast is not the standard you would expect for the pricing (e.g. fresh fruits, milk, yoghurt could be added). A fridge in the room would be nice. Also, a hair dryer.

Very nice, large room and well located in nature. Close to Chaitén city and directly on the street when arriving in Caleta Gonzalo by ferry.
