How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewIt was empty, not too many people for such a big hotel. Rooms were comfortable enough, although they lacked minibar (only some beverages in the fridge). For the rest, it was a standard room, single comfortable bed.
Hotel did not have late checkout available, regardless that I had no issue paying for it. This was due to "Public Holiday" and they did not comment any further. This was disappointing, but the staff was even more so. For a high rated hotel, it didn't meet the expectations.

Pullman is supposed to be of standing. But there is not. Nobody helps you with luggage, breakfast is ok. Nobody refill your water in the room.

Verified reviewThe best aspect of this hotel is its location, in front of MUT (Tobalaba Urban Market), a place with trendy shops and a lot of quality places to eat. Also literally on top of the metro station. We had complementary parking. The room is spacious, clean, with nice bathroom. The hotel feels modern with an artsy vibe.
The bed was a bit hard, and the night table somewhat useless. Filtered water is provided but in a bottle without seal and date stamp. There were some kids playing in the hallway until 10 pm, although this is not the Hotel's fault rather than their parents.

Usually in all Hotels of this category like the Pullman, the coffee in the room is free of charge but in this particular hotel there were only 2 capsules free and since we were there for 4 nights, on asking for more capsule they were charged separately!

It wasn’t granted us the bedroom with the view I asked for and the bedroom needed a few repairs on the flooring and plumbing that had some weird smell most of the time. It didn’t bother us since we stayed mostly out enjoying the city.

Verified reviewThe hotel was comfortable and clean. It was the most expensive place we stayed in Chile, and it was fine but was the nicest place we stayed. I guess that is because it is in a big city. Breakfast wasn’t included for the price. It is in a safe and comfortable part of the city.
