The cabin could have been cleaned better. The hot tub area was not really private. It had the bamboo screen but since the cabins are so close to each other you can hear other people in the area and the other way around.

The tiny cabin is super cute and cozy! Breakfast was good and it was brought to the cabin in the morning which was awesome! You could even choose what time you wanted to have the breakfast.

The place didn’t have a coffee maker they give you some instant coffee very bad. The feeling is more industrial inside the tiny. So is not too Cozy. It would be nice that they add more things to hung wet towells. The showers are a bit small . We pay extra for the sauna and they turn it on literally 5 minutes before we entry and of course it took long for it to be hot ! So we didn’t enjoy it too much because we need it to give it back. Afterwards the staff was friendly and understanding they gave us more time. Lucky that we had that time.

Bathtub and bed was really nice. Convenient location. The jacuzzi was nice.

I question whether they use sanitary practices. The towels smelled moldy.

It had bed bugs. We ended up with welts all over our hands and arms. The management refuses to take responsibility even tho I sent photos of the bugs in the mattress.

We stopped here during our road trip through Chile, traveling from Patagonia to Santiago, and were incredibly disappointed. This place is vastly overpriced for what it offers. The room was worn out and in dire need of a complete refurbishment. It doesn’t deserve to be called a hotel, spa, or lodge—it’s more like a roadside motel in a parking lot. The noise from the road, just a few meters away, is constant and unmistakable. Simply labeling something as a “Spa” doesn’t justify charging such an exorbitant price. The value for money here is absolutely outrageous. Save your money; you can find much better options in Pichilemu. The prefab “tiny cabin” we stayed in was old and rundown (check the photos). The sewage system didn’t work properly, and it took forever for hot water to come through in the shower. As for the Jacuzzi, it was filthy—the water was green, with visible debris floating in it. The whole setup looked more like a cupboard next to the road than a relaxing retreat. The only redeeming feature was the hot tub on the small terrace, which was cute. The view from the bed towards the terrace could have been nice, but the constant noise from the nearby road ruined any sense of coziness. There’s no effort to create a “lodge” atmosphere—no garden, no real privacy. It feels like this place is more suited for people looking to party with friends. When the road noise dies down, you can still hear the loud music from the neighboring cabins. The breakfast was lackluster and nowhere near worth the price.

The private Hot tub was ok.
